Perhaps did you mean not jealousy but envy? because these two feelings differ in direction. jealousy is when a person is too egoistic and believes that everyone should dance around him, and envy is when a person is focused more on other people and constantly comparing himself with them

It is part of our nature. People are always envy and they always crave for things that they don't have. Usually people are always envy of other people especially when others have things that you want but you can't have. It is normal, we even experience this once in a while. We should just know how to deal with jealousy.
Some people suffet from jealousy because they do not have something that they want to have for themselves.And envying someone because they are greater than them.

this is common in man kind , there is no one who will say he is not feeling jealousy ,even i am holding lot of coins but still when i am looking at top BTC wallets , i am geeting jealous ,

I would guess it stems from not being happy with their own lives and then those people must look into others lives to get a glimpse of how they should feel about theirs. A petty thing to do but it happens a lot.

There are many types of jealousy , and we have different opinion , perspective on it. For me jealousy is when you love some on , obviously when he/she met other or happy with someone else you jealous , Jealous of love or affection , next is attention for example is you have a job well done or , you have a successful work or you've done it well , and you want attention but the other person notice , not you. So you jealous like what you said kind of like a envy. There are many kinds of jealousy but for me is the main reason of envy is the attention , you want to notice , appreciation kind of like that. And that is true jealousy leads to envy , in the other hand some of us because of envy or jealousy , we been selfish and sometimes you want to seek a revenge.
one of the main reasons for jealousy is the feeling of low self-esteem. When you do not feel yourself good enough for someone, you become worried that he or she will be attracted to someone better than you. Appearance, personality and various other qualities that could be material comparison with you, so that eventually he could choose the other person

because people focus on the things that they dont have. They are lack of appreciation of what they have. They dont accept their own self or on what they cannot do. Some people are jealous because they are insecure of things that they cant have.
