Whatever it maybe, it is not the cause of victims. The victims are never at fault. We as a society should be comfortable with people expressing themselves with their clothes. It maybe as little or sparingly as possible but that doesn't mean that they deserve being raped. I frel that it's because of the rise of feminist movement that trigger an increase in rape cases. Males can't express their dominance anymore that's why they express it in a different way.
