Yes many people against bitcoin it is true. Its main reason is without some countries bitcoin is not legal in every country.
And I think everybody doesn't know about bitcoin. So they are against bitcoin.

A lot of people didn't buy bitcoin and missed out on it. Now they are bitter about it.
Many people are afraid of Bitcoin primarily banks, because with their Bitcoin paper money begun to be eliminated, and of course they are against Bitcoin, they try to destroy Bitcoin by spreading rumors about Bitcoin,
but I am sure one day they will accept Bitcoin because Bitcoin is not wrong and will make them think that will recognize Bitcoin properly.

most people who are in government and in financial institutions because bitcoin threatens banks that will become confinement in the future, but for individuals I think they do not hate bitcoin, they will love it because it will give them or us a good income that can culminate in financial freedom is why as bitcoin users we need to continue to promote and advertise bitcoin to others who do not know what bitcoin is.

Yes, that's true. Many people don't really understand it, and everything they do understand - they try to deny and in this case the same thing has happened. But that's just temporary. Yes, There's still a lot of people who are against or do not believe in bitcoin and what I think of is - it is because of the risk of security. I even tried to discuss this with my friends at work and they do not believe that they can earn money in bitcoin even without any investment.
Maybe because they think that it's impossible and too unimaginable for us to have a virtual money and crypto currency. I used to be like that honestly but witnessing how it works made me believe that it is true. We cannot force them to believe but we can make them understand bitcoin.

many of those "many people" you see are not against bitcoin. they are actually heavily invested in it but they pretend otherwise. someone who is spreading FUD in 99% of the times wants the price to drop so he can either short bitcoin or because he has some buy orders placed ahead of time at certain low prices.
i honestly can not think of anybody who does not benefit from bitcoin! even banks that some people say are against bitcoin or bitcoin is against them are happy about bitcoin. not only bitcoin introduced blockchain technology to them to improve their business but also it has opened up new ways for banks to make money. banks are in fact making a lot of money because of bitcoin, all these traders are using banks to handle their money transfers and there are lots of them
I am also of the opinion that some people oppose bitcoin because they pretend. But in my country, the main reason they hate and avoid bitcoins is because they do not believe in high wages and they are always jealous of those who make money from this market. Many people want to make a lot of money but they are very lazy. The thing is people usually don't like bitcoin because they are initially afraid of change and innovation. They think that with the change that is bound to happen, which is in this case is the adaptation of the cryptocurrencies in our system, makes them doubt and afraid. We need to give them time to adjust.
Most times anything that has to do with online means of currency exchange scares people so as not to fall victims of online scammers and the likes.

That's why some cryptocurrencies have features of AntiMoneyLaundering and KYC because the government wants to avoid that.Many people who do not understand how it survived amidst criticism will feel threatened around it
Bitcoin have many advantages as well as disadvantages. People might be scared to embrace this kind of development and afraid to face the disadvantages it bring. People who are not fully informed about this may think ill of it and reject this.

I bet they haven't tried or experienced any bitcoin or other cryptocurrency activity at all, that's why it's easy for them to say "No" to bitcoin and altcoins as well.
