I think those people who against bitcoin is those people who experience scam or other investment that thus not succeed. If they see a good result of bitcoin and the advantage of it they have no reason to feel scared to bitcoin.

Some people don't believe in bitcoin. They understand risk as investment in bitcoin when I discuss this with my friend at work and they do not believe that can earn money in bitcoin even without any investment.

I don't think that people are against bitcoin. Early stage when I came to know the world only bitcoin, straight away I told it is one more scam even I didn't know how it work and what it is. But now I regret for it and I am posting reply to this question. It is human phycology to oppose what ever they hear new one and then they accept it very strongly on it after its success.

There are many reasons why people don’t trust on bitcoin.
First: This is not a govt undertaken agency.
Second: The transaction of bitcoins are not traceable, as there is no records for transactions.
Third: The value of bitcoins to money changes unexpectedly every minutes. You may get good profit or heavy lose too.
Fourth: Some countries already have blocked access to bitcoin servers and wallets.

No one wants to fight Bitcoin. It is either they are missed and very disappointed, which in some cases can turn into a form of hatred. Or they lack the knowledge to understand something, which again can turn into a form of hatred.

I think many people against bitcoin because they thought it is a scam and they can't believe that by just posting, investing and minning you can earn money. I think the first reason is the lack of knowledge about it. Some people think bitcoin is a kind of scam, some people think of it as a virus Grin

, some people think that bitcoin is owned by a terrorist or hacker groups. Some can't grasp it because of the idea that it is used in criminality especially in deep web where illegal transactions are usually made. Some think that it's too much innovation for them to handle so they'll stick to the traditional.

Maybe, but for those people who scared will troubled their business like banks and others stablishments or a big groups who apposed bitcoin because of their own interest. I think it is part of human nature to oppose everything that goes against the status quo, especially among the groups of power that may see affected their interests, and they are in charge of using all the means at their disposal to spread this fear among the masses, and that is why we see bankers and big capitalists so often speaking against bitcoin.

Many people are against it because they don't understand how it works. Few months ago some people I know who thought bitcoin is useless now do lots of transaction with it after giving them a proper explanation and showing them how bitcoin works. Others who are against bitcoin, just don't want to grow into the digital world.

How could innovation possibly be scary? I think people are against bitcoin because I personally thinks that it affects or will have an effect to the economy. People who recognizes bitcoin can somehow think of quitting their job or quitting school and just concentrate on earning bitcoin. These situations are possible and it will affect the economy since it is possible that people will not be interested in looking for regular jobs anymore and how will the government record that? Self-employed? I think it will likely fall into the category of without job or graduate but is unemployed.

Because they don't understand bitcoin and what people can't understand they generally go against (stupid and ignorant but truth). For most people again it isn't the innovation it is the lack of understanding but for big banks and governments yes I think the innovation scares them to death. Getting left behind isn't too big of a deal because these banks and gov'ts have tons of resources therefore they can get their skin in the game fairly easy. Criminal activity is a worry with cryptos but I don't see mainstream media covering the USD being a catalyst for criminal activity because it is. Seeing how it is the worlds biggest currency and the fact that most criminal activity is done in cash you can be certain as much if not more criminal activity is done with USD. But bitcoin is the bad guy (oh no its retarded meme < to mainstream media) Roll Eyes
