Instead of crying about why your post was deleted,  you should put that energy into making posts that are of high quality and contribute positively to the discussions in the forum.

Most time, moderators delete posts or threads that do not meet forum standards.

So next time try to put some thoughts into your writing.

So far I have been here, I have come to see that posts get deleted because;
• it speaks out of context or doesn't hit on the point being referenced
• plagiarism is not allowed, and if one happens to do so without a reference to the original link or thread, such posts get deleted.
• also, if one gets to make posts on the wrong board, it could get deleted.
These among others make up for reasons why some posts get deleted.

Thank you for providing these possibilities on how the posts got deleted. We always make sure that every topic you choose to post should always a good quality content and appropriate in every topic you choose. This way, we can also help the forum to grow more effective and efficient especially for the cryptocurrency learners.

Posts are deleted by moderators if the posts are of low quality and/or spammy content or materials. There are also threads that are self moderated by the owner of the topic. If the OP of the thread you write in thinks your posts are of low quality and doesn’t really contribute or of any relevance to the topic.
I think someone could also get their post deleted if the person writes in a low quality thread that ends up getting deleted by a moderator.

I think it's because the post is low quality,  or not on point with the discussions going on, but that shouldn't discourage you keep posting but learn from the mistake of the deleted post,  going through a post critically before posting it will help you too after going through it you then relate it to the topic being discussed,  by so doing I think there will be no issues regarding deleted post.
I was worried when my post was deleted untill someone explained to me that the post was not relevant that was how I kept my cool, because I was already thinking otherwise

Posts are deleted by the moderators because that's part of their roles they performed when a member post off topic or irrelevant post or creating unnecessary thread that looks absurd to the particular ways or standard required for such board, most of this post deleted were spam post or off topic post but if you're only doing that on a mistake to have pieted on the wrong board, moderators will move your thread to the right board, they can also lock a thread when necessary, try get to the rules and regulations on each board to avoid such reoccurring.
This is correct, and without repeating what you had explained to the OP, it's equally good to know that some posts might be mistaken to have been deleted too, but as a matter of fact, might only be moved to the appropriate section of the forum. This had happened to me before, so anyone trying to look for a post might want to first check their profile page for their post to know where exactly it is, or has been delected.

However, the OP is still a newbie, he/she should know that quality posts matter here, and might want to check the links below out for further guidance:

I have also made posts that have been deleted. The reason for this is that the post was either irrelevant to the topic at hand or it did not adhere to the forum's rules and regulations. You should always create high-quality content, and feel free to ask any full member, senior member, or hero member you come across with any questions. Make an effort to do thorough research before writing a piece.

Most of the time reason for getting a post deleted is not related to the topic itself and is also reported by other members I've seen your deleted topic which is just giving a bullet but not giving the whole information its better to explain those things, of course, no one just wants to read a lot of text in a web better to point out the information.

Assuming you are a member of this forum what you post is just useless to the forum.  Third parties determine what you post.  Such posts indicate scam posts, weak posts.  These weak posts are very harmful to the forum which can slowly lead to destruction.  And these posts can be done by a newbie.  These are deleted by moderators for spamming posts.  Which is caused by useless forum posts.

I could remember I asked myself the same question when I was a newbie. I do see people complain about there posts being deleted and I was asking myself until I new that post can be deleted if it looks suspicious or looks like am hate speech. The community does not support swear words or sentences written that could hurt another person's feelings or faculty.
Although one of the main reason why many newbies post are been deleted is because they looks like a shit post. Post that has nothing in it. A complete words or sentences that do not make a complete sense. In this aspect, your post can hey deleted frequently if it does not make a compete thought.

Bitcointalk is a forum dedicated to the discussion of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It is one of the oldest and most active forums in the Bitcoin community, and it is a great place to learn about and discuss Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

There are a few reasons why a post might be deleted from Bitcointalk. Some of the most common reasons include:

Spam: Posts that are deemed to be spam or are excessively self-promotional may be deleted.

Off-topic: Posts that are not related to the topic of the thread or the overall focus of the forum may be deleted.

Trolling: Posts that are intended to disrupt the discussion or cause problems may be deleted.

Rule violations: Posts that violate the forum's rules or terms of service may be deleted.

To avoid having your posts deleted from Bitcointalk, it's important to familiarize yourself with the forum's rules and guidelines. You can find these in the "Announcements" section of the forum, as well as in the forum's terms of service. It's also a good idea to be respectful of other users and engage in constructive, respectful dialogue.

If your post was deleted and you are not sure why, you can try contacting a moderator or administrator for more information. They should be able to tell you the reason for the deletion and help you understand the forum's rules and guidelines better.

Most times, one of the major reason why a post might be deleted is if the entire thread gets deleted.
There are whole lot of threads created especially by newbies just for the sake of getting noticed on here and a basically don't blame them because I've come to understand that learning never ends which is very evident here in the forum.
There are just few things to follow up with on the forum and plagiarism is one so in all you do, don't plagiarize and always reference whatever writing not done by you.

Most newbie if not all eventually had their post deleted in the forum and I know how frustrating it feels, trying your to best to start up a thread and it still got deleted. I would advice you to keep learning because having your post deleted in the forum is just part of the learning process, take it as a positive energy and make more research on the thread and forum before posting next time.
As you have already been given a guideline on links you are to read and improve yourself by other members, I would just advice you to go and read more before you post next time.

Never stop learning thats the whole concept of the forum.

I found many cases regarding the deletion of posts, to be honest there are many reasons why many posts were deleted and I think these reasons have been explained by many other users. If I may say try to avoid writing that is not clear, plagiarism and practical politics, even if you attach a lot of sources, because this forum was not designed for that, there are many rules that you must learn so that in the future no more posts will be deleted.

Don't worry, most people have experienced this in the past including myself, continue to learn to improve the quality of posts, for something that is useful that is easily understood by many people and more make constructive posts. Master what you want to write, but don't force what you don't understand.

Thanks everyone I appreciate alot. Have read the rules and regulations of this forum and will try to contribute meaningfully to it
You shouldn't use bold your sentence if you're just post one liner or not important at all, it's just annoying and I assume you're mad if you use bold or capitalize each letter.

The point of creating this thread is make sure you put your opinion, analysis or something to add the topic, not just copy paste from someone article. We're human where we need to discuss about the particular discussion, not a robot.

You need to lock your topic since you're already understand.

other than that, it's better to follow the existing discussion first. instead of creating your thread which may already create other members create similar threads. after discussion, it will increase your knowledge.

don't forget, if you are done with this thread. you can lock it.
