Well these are the things and type of posts you should avoid posting and these kind of posts are deleted by moderators

Spam posts that are purely promotional in nature and do not contribute to the discussion are considered spam.
Off-topic posts that are not relevant to the discussion or forum section in which they are posted
Illegal content posts that contain illegal or inappropriate content, such as child pornography or illegal activities
Copyright violations posts that contain copyrighted material or that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others are not allowed
While the rest of posts such as fraudulent posts you most likely to get a red trust in your profile

Generally if you post is not adding value to the topic value to the forum it can be deleted. You have to understand that people can report your post to moderator and it will be looked at for action to be taken to delete it or not. Not only topic that can be deleted but replies if they are not making any contribution. Like someone said, you have to add more value to what you post.

Your posts are deleted when you spam, when you make off topic contributions. It could be that you contributed to an off topic discussion and the whole discussion is deleted.
As a newbie some of your posts may be deleted until you learn everything about the forum and make more quality posts.

I assume you mean the deleted topic you started https://ninjastic.space/topic/5431651
I guess that the reason for the deletion is that the post was characterized as useless spam, which it actually is. the basis of your topic is actually linked to other articles, without establishing a useful discussion. it seems that you mixed up some things, this is not Facebook where cluttering up with unnecessary things is a normal phenomenon.
to all that, another user gave a reply, also sharing a link to the third article.
don't turn this forum into a backlink collector, and simply sharing other articles will not make your posts more qualitative or constructive.
Thanks for the insight

As stated by @examplens, the OP only made a copy of the text from the website and only gave a little description, even though the Op could explain in detail what the meaning of some of the critical points to be discussed was. Just making copies and providing article links will only end up like spam without having a quality post and a clear purpose.

~snip~to all that, another user replied, also sharing a link to the third article.

Many beginners and even some old members provide copy-paste replies accompanied by an article link and only seem to stick together without giving their opinion, so that a qualitative and constructive post will not be created, and no more effort to think about what will be described.

For newbies, not focusing on creating new posts is preferable. It's because you need to first learn about the forum culture. Mods will not notify you as to why your post was deleted. Someone most likely reported it to prevent spam. So avoid spamming the forum and keep it clean. Mods definitely did the right thing, so act accordingly. You must be an good contributor in the forum. As a result, your posts will not be deleted. But don't take it seriously; occasionally, though somewhat infrequently, our posts are deleted. But this is normal; when mods deem a post unnecessary, it is deleted. Rather, concentrate on improving your posting quality.

Let me give you an additional advice. If a post is a spam, it will be deleted, your post was deleted because it is not of good quality. I will advice you to just be patient, learn about this forum, about how good posters are posting, you will later understand why your post was deleted after you are posting better and increasing your posts quality.

The job of the forum moderators is to keep an eye on the posts' quality in order to prevent an excessive amount of spam. Occasionally, if a thread is meaningless, the entire thing will be deleted, including all comments. To prevent this from happening again, it is important to continue posting high-quality content and to comment frequently on other high-quality posts.

I posted something today but it was deleted and I just don't know what I did wrong.

usually, someone's post gets deleted because it was reported by a member in this forum to the moderator for various reasons (some reported it was spam - off topic - scam or plagiarism), in between all this, you have to think for yourself what you did wrong.

Please can someone help me with the reason for this and also the rules and regulations of this forum I just want to avoid any complications next time am starting a topic

I think you should read @examplens post, he has explained your mistake and I completely agree with what he said. in the future you have to improve your post, don't copy everything in the article but write down the conclusions you get in your own language and writing style.

I understand how you must have felt after your post was deleted, do not take it too seriously, most forum users have had their post deleted at one time in their forum history, you are not the first. Your post was deleted because it most likely did not fit into any board for discussions, and it did not also make sense enough to be sent to the off-topic side of forum. Do not be discouraged please OP, you are not targeted, and nobody hates you.
