Because I'm still a beginner here, and still don't know much about bitcoin. So, I want to learn more about bitcoin from you guys. I want to ask you guys. Why are you interested in investing in bitcoin?

As a beginner, I also remind you to understand and follow the rules in this forum so that later you can contribute more actively and constructively to this forum.

In response to your question, I am also still a beginner who is new to and learning about cryptocurrencies.
Why I am interested in Bitcoin is because I try to follow one of the existing digital developments and innovations and try to take advantage of it.
I'm trying to learn to take advantage of and look for opportunities to be able to benefit from Bitcoin.
Although I realize that it's not certain that Bitcoin will bring wealth overnight, it does provide an opportunity to be profitable for everyone.
Despite the risks involved, I'm still trying to learn more and try to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in Bitcoin.
Because I believe that as time goes by, Bitcoin will have better economic value in the future.

Nobody likes to waste their time on something unproductive. Anybody that tells you he is interested in bitcoin for the fun of it is not saying the truth. Am in it because of its ability to give me profit. And that is what has attracted many people to it before any other thing. No one invests in what will not bring profit, except disasters happens. Another reason is that paying or transacting with bitcoin makes payment very easy for me.

I will say any investment somebody venture into is a passion or the detriment of the person, so i want to let you know that people have different obligations while they are into Bitcoin investment, some people might like it because it's a decentralized investment and it never had a third party over the investment. And secondly, Bitcoin is not been controlled by any person except it's market determination, so different people will have different answers to attest while they invest in cryptocurrency and especially bitcoin.

Today is a great example of why I am so much in love with crypto and why I was involved to begin with. As my nation got destroyed by 2 huge earthquakes, it was not easy to trust everyone and find any place to send your money to help, who could you trust? Not many people trust the government, and that is a common thing globally, hence why we have crypto and prefer it over fiat. So what happened? Someone that the whole nation trusts started a crypto donation fund, and right now it got over 2.5 million dollars donated, in a single day, same happened back when Ukraine needed help too, people all around the world sent us their funds to help us, and that's the beauty of crypto. Could you send Turkey 3 dollars of your help, maybe small but thousands and thousands of people who do that? It becomes millions, and it wasn't possible with fiat, but it is possible with crypto. Thats why I am in, because of how amazingly simple it shows money could be, if we didn't follow up the governmental regulations and systems and methods and just use crypto directly.

What you have presented is a great example of how we can use crypto to assist mankind in times of emergencies.
It is true, we can't collect this amount of money via fiat transactions, small transactions of few dollars is not easy to transfer with.
But with btc or any other crypto, we can easily donate, just know the valid crypto address and anyone can send even with small amounts.
On this note, for people who are donating, make sure those are legit addresses to donate with, a lot are using this situation to screw people and use it to their own agenda.

It is decentralized and this is the main cause I was sold on bitcoin. However, its potential for value is also a big factor. I even mined some cryptocurrencies before, which has further gotten me more interested and involved in bitcoin and crypto currencies. I would have also supported and liked bitcoin if it were a stable coin for the US dollar, but I doubt I would be more invested in money and time. I suppose that the profitability of bitcoin is also the primary factor in the current influx of bitcoin investors. We can always admire new inventions, but unlike bitcoin, we rarely get involved.
Bitcoin has also served a very essential duty in the space which strong market volatility and large trading volume. More reasons I solely depend on bitcoin when it comes to crypto, it's very important for every trader to know the market situation in every aspect of the season, either bear or bull season. Bitcoin have started to being formalize as means of payment in some countries and country like El Salvador have already made it a legal tender which is one of the good news to hear in the space. All these contributes to the high development of the project.

Why are you interested in bitcoin?
This is a standar question, but it has a lot of potential in the ways in which many answers can go...

In my case, I am excited to think about how every day one can mature and project the potential of Bitcoin in their environment. I am still convinced and in love with the basic premises of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin has foundations based on the change of paradigms, on breaking traditional financial schemes, etc.

Then, your context (OP) breaks into one of the more traditional aspects, in the answer...

Because I'm still a beginner here, and still don't know much about bitcoin. So, I want to learn more about bitcoin from you guys. I want to ask you guys. Why are you interested in investing in bitcoin?

You go for the most widespread idea of bitcoin, okay, there are those who are only interested in investing (bitcoin) and others are interested in Bitcoin, the ideal is to be interested in both, in the same way you have to understand that they are 2 different questions.

This seems like a short but interesting question to me but the answer for everyone can be different and depending on thems you can have interesting stories. For example, if you can ask me I can say personally the reason why I'm interested in bitcoin is mostly because of its decentralization of it, I mean before bitcoin we had other payment methods and assets like Paypal and other systems but since these are centralized any governments under economic sanctions couldn't use their services or if your country is somehow not in the list of these services you could use their services or they could block all the funds on your account easily and make problems for you while unlike these systems bitcoin can give you freedom and this is the most interesting thing for me about bitcoin.

I was captivated by the arrival of bitcoin as an alternative to the fiat system of payment. It was a new currency; they called it.. You could send and receive without any interference from any third party member. That was what had first attracted my attention and curiosity, then interest in bitcoin.
Then apart from it being an alternative method of payment to the fiat system, it could also be an avenue for investors. People has long been investing in bitcoin and so far, it has given them a juicy returns on their investment.

I became interested in bitcoin sometime around 2014ish.  I really wish I could remember exactly when I discovered it, and what the first thoughts I had about it were, but I just cant quite remember.  I do know that I was mainly interested because of my financial career.  As a financial advisor, and someone who's worked in finance for quite some time, I'm well aware of how utterly corrupt the majority of banks are and bitcoin seemed like a potential fix for that.  That's why I became interested in bitcoin and took the time to start studying it many years back.  I still hold a bit of this faith to this day.

Plenty of things if you ask me and you can even look it up in the internet.
Bitcoin is :
- decentralised - means no authority are controlling it.
- borderless transactions - means not gonna require any 3rd party payment processors and doesn't need to be converted like fiat currency when you want to send and receive money from wherever you are in the planet.
- does give you the opportunity to make a good long term profit when you're patient enough to hold it until you meet your target.

These are just some of the main reasons that got me interested in Bitcoin.

We all started from here and it only gets better with time as you mingle with different people here & share different kinds of information and in no time you will be a crypto guru, good luck in your journey.

I want to ask you guys. Why are you interested in investing in bitcoin?
On a trading point of view, unlike trading currencies and the alike crypto at times tends to be volatile and you can easily make your profits without waiting too long. Other reason am into bitcoin is the potential it has to grow thanks to the limited supply and hence have a share of the 21 million coins could bring a fortune in the future.
And the most obvious one is bitcoin is the king of all cryptocurrencies so it makes a good choice Smiley

Because Bitcoin is an icon. He exists and has such a position thanks to those guys who believed in him. Who spread it out. I remember the eyes of my friend who told me about Bitcoin when it cost $100. And I believed him, because it was something new, unlike anything else. Various stories also make this cryptocurrency a legend, for example, a story about pizza, a story about a discarded hard drive with thousands of bitcoins. In general, bitcoin is enthusiasm in its purest form!

For sure, a lot of people will say because of the profit, as we all need money, and we see that its value is very high. Also, others are using it as a payment method for their business to attract new customers who are curious about BitCoin and want to try to pay using it. Others also use it for transactions like sending and receiving as well as buying things online. But mostly, I noticed that it was because of the profit, as people need money or extra income.
That is why most people are interested in any investment ever, but if you see it as investment of course, if you see it as an asset then all you care about is the profit you could make from it. However, I think the people who work for it are the real engine of bitcoin, people who work like me and get paid in bitcoin are the people who provides some sort of reason why it even exists and spent everyday, otherwise it would be just rich people buying and holding bitcoin and there wouldn't be a reason to use it.

But thanks to workers and people who are employed by many and hired with bitcoin payments make it interesting and that is why the price goes up, because it's used.

No one will refuse a good profit that an investment will bring, but besides this bitcoin have many advantages:

- He is always available to me, anytime, any day.
- only I am responsible for his savings and this is good news for me that no one can block him, because there is no intermediary.
- and of course this is a limited issue, only 21 million coins, so I am confident in my investment.

And profit is like a nice bonus. I buy bitcoin and I am sure that inflation will not depreciate my savings. A lot of volatility can sometimes make you nervous, but this is a long-term investment, so I'm calm.

Bitcoin builds values and stripped naked all centralised entities power, that's why I am so into the digital currency, also I never liked how the government treats people in my country and Bitcoin feels like the perfect fighting tool against the control of the government, if the government can control my Fiat in the bank there is at least something they have no power over, that is Bitcoin.

I remember a scene where the youths of the country are fighting for their rights, the government seized all access to big amount of transfer within that period of time and guess what? People start sending Bitcoin from all around the world to support the youths, it was a great experience.

It's inspiring to hear about how Bitcoin has been used to support activism and social causes. However, it's important to note that using Bitcoin does come with risks, including potential for theft and price volatility. Additionally, in some countries, the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies may be restricted or even illegal.

Price volatility of Bitcoin is the best thing about it, this mean that your younger one or even unborn child can still join the train in future, everyone keeps talking about the volatility part as if it's bad, meanwhile it's the best reasonable thing about Bitcoin, the perfect redistribution of wealth.

Bitcoin can be restricted or ban like you said, but it's the centralized power doing their thing, there are few countries that banned Bitcoin years ago, today they all lifted the ban, Bitcoin is something the government don't want and can't get rid of, this is why we are slowly seeing CBDC and regulation at work, they still want to be in control, one way or the other.

Bitcoin is the king among other cryptocurrencies that made many traders to have interest on Bitcoin in the community, because whenever the price of Bitcoin is increasing in the market other cryptocurrencies price will be increasing too. It is very easy to achieve something good from Bitcoin investment which is part of some of the advantage that made both long term traders and short term traders to have interest in Bitcoin and they will continue to make Bitcoin as their first choice, because there is a hope of succeeding in Bitcoin investment compare to other cryptocurrencies investment. This are the reason that made me interested in Bitcoin and I will continue to invest in Bitcoin because I have achieved a lot of reward from my Bitcoin investment.
