I just want all companies to conduct KYC, it will help to exclude multi-accounts, which are so divorced
What i know, KYC means Know Your Customer ! Bounty hunters are there to Support ICO Project to spread the word about the project .. BUT as soon as the Project manager mention KYC then many Hunter run away ! Why? Is it because people don't want review their identity for security reason or people are joining campaign with bot software ..

But most of the people really don't like the idea of granting their personal data to some suspicious shill projects... Seriously. Why should they do this if they are not investors?
well most of the bounty hunters don't want to give out their personal data for security reasons and if they think that the rewards is not worthy of giving their own information then they will just leave or ignore those campaigns.
most often, people do not want to pass the KYC because they are fraudsters. Now a lot of people use bots for the participating in the bounty

i'm bounty hunter, and i don't hate kyc after all, but i think bounty campaign is needed KYC for verifying user from cheating the campaign, as you know today many scammer are joining in bounty campaign, and we need justice and protecting by manager from scammer
Well, to me I believe there are several reasons why bounty hunters hate KYC and one of them in as much as I understand, it will limit their level of cheating.

That is one of the ways to limit cheater. Basically, I appreciate this. Some people even participate with hundreds of article articles. It's so scrary.

Nobody likes to give away their personal data. In the case of bounty programs, the problem is not related to the case of provideing personal data, but mainly to the fact that there have been a lot of scams on the ICO market and there is a high probability that personal data will be used in a worse way, than only to confirm identification of participant.

most of them didnt want their identity spreaded.moreover just for reward that the value still uncertain.privacy more important for them maybe.but if there is another reason i dont know about it.

I will refuse KYC if my reward value is too small. I don't like to share my personal information to receive a low-value reward. I don't know what they will do with their personal information.

Bounty hunter just promote a project which bounty he joined. As a bounty hunter i did not like KYC because lot of scam ICO around us they can misuse my identity and i am not expose me. Project manager want KYC for his won customer. I am not his customer and i am don't like KYC.
I completely agree with you, because providing kyc involves information about a customer who invests his money or buys something. But participants of the Bounty company practically earn by doing a certain job.

In my opinion, KYC is very troublesome because it sometimes asks for things I don't have and asks me as soon as possible to have them. if only the project was potential then I thought it was comparable but sometimes the project was deceptive and finally I did not get anything after I bothered to fulfill KYC requirements so I hated KYC.

We cannot know for sure how the company will use our data, in my country when you authorize the processing of your personal data, the contract is signed in which the company gives guarantees that it will not distribute your data, and here you will not be afraid of the contract) 
of course some bounty hunters hate KYC because with KYC we provide our personal data, and that data afraid of being misused by other parties , but it all depends on each person , I personally chose to resign for the bounty that do Kyc
For me I don't think Kyc should be necessary to bounty Hunter but yes proper account analysis should be there as there multiple accounts users mainly in social media which decrease other Hunter rewards.i don't see Kyc role in bounty as we are doing their service and they are paying for it.
I have never hated KYC for bounty hunters because this includes part of the current ico project rules as a requirement to participate, and many fraud projects take advantage of this situation, we must be truly understanding and smart to choose projects with KYC to avoid fraudulent projects
I think the hunters just do not trust. Why Because we have a lot of projects. And we know how the procedure ends. In summary, our data fall into the network. However, this is not a problem for us. If the project is interesting, we will complete this procedure in any case.
