because some of them has multiple account, so if they must did KYC, they only can submit 1 account for they work from multiple account.
What i know, KYC means Know Your Customer ! Bounty hunters are there to Support ICO Project to spread the word about the project .. BUT as soon as the Project manager mention KYC then many Hunter run away ! Why? Is it because people don't want review their identity for security reason or people are joining campaign with bot software ..
Because bounty hunters own not just one account, they own a lot of accounts to claim the rewards several times. They are taking advantage of those ICO's that does not apply KYC. This type of bounty hunters are not helping ICO's they are just helping themselves. I see posts in Facebook claiming that he has over 20 accounts for bounty hunting only. 
Considering the reward i think most hunter dont just want to follow the long process and then there is the tradition that most mention KYC at the end of the campaign and then those who have struggle getting it forfeit their chances and all their work is gone Now hunters are like there is just no need for kyced coz i wouldnt get paid at the end of the day

Bounty or bounties is a way of marketing and spreading the awareness to the community of a certain project, and it is done by bounty hunters, and whether its a spam account or not, as long as it spreads the news, i think there is no need of having a KYC, this is only my sentiment you know, its a redundant of time i think, but the main goal of KYC is to filter out real people and its helps i think.
According to my observations, good bounty do not require to pass KYC. But for some reason, less successful projects require doing so. I am always in disbelief when the project demands to go through KYC.

Well we know that it means the reason why bounty hunter hate kyc it either they not true about their accounts here or they are a scammer or cheating in the bounty. That's why many project wants have kyc to their bounty because they want to be fair to others that do they work fairly.
They consider the KYC to be very risky and now there is a lot of fraud. But as a bounty hunter, of course, they have choices that they think are good. And in my opinion, this KYC pattern must be changed. And what I mean is that KYC was placed at the beginning of the campaign. So people who want to join must pass KYC.
Most bounty hunters hate KYC because bounties these don't pay that much and no one would want to sacrifice his personal information for something too small to even cater for his internet bundles.
Because at least 50 percent of hunters are trying to trick bounty managers, by taking part in a bounty with multiple accounts. This harms other participants, so I think that every hunter must pass a KYC and cheaters should be banned.
I think that's true, as far as I know the KYC function is to prevent hunters from entering with many accounts. Some people don't like it because maybe the process is quite complicated, but I don't think KYC is 100% bad. Most people use a lot of bots , and also a lot of accounts , and this does not want to pass kyc, if you use one account and play by the rules, I think it will not be much work to pass it What i know, KYC means Know Your Customer ! This is a bad things for bounty hunters. Because bounty hunters always doing there promoting part and they task very well. so he definitely qualified to receive bounty rewards and not required KYC for it. Lot of companies arerequest KYC after completed bounty task. So bounty hunters hate for KYC in this condition. 
because some of them live in countries where it is forbidden to receive coins and because of this they are limited
I also don't like KYC, but it seems for me that KYC is something what you have to follow, no doubts. Is it hard to send pair of documents and pass KYC?

They hate KYC because most of the bounties don't give them enough money and they are risking their private information for it. And besides, the value of the coin is not determined yet so the rate of risk is indeterminable .
As I would see it there are two fundamental reasons why abundance seekers would prefer not to do KYC. To begin with KYC should be for financial specialists Bounty seekers are not clients of the task they would prefer not to reveal their data to other people. Also abundance seekers that utilization various records obviously don't need KYC.

Yes many bounty hunters are hate KYC, Why they want a KYC the work of bounty hunters are to promote the project. But it depend only to those bounty campaign are careful because they want to know on who are participating in bounty because some of them are duplicate the account or have some bot.
Not all bounty hunters want to provide their documents to unknown people who in the process can be used for what reason!
I don't want to give my documents to anyone in the web. And I want to see all the documents of people who want my money or work.

Bounty hunters hate kyc because they are afraid that scamners or other people will might used their informations to trick other people. Many people have understand that it is needed to their ICO project but they also need to understand that they need to protect their own information. 
For me it is not just the bounty hunters who hate the KYC, Also investors.
KYC is passing your identification and documents to the team that might be stolen and leaked to the public.
