The basic message of Islam is to conquer the world.  Submit, die (if you are not Christian or Jew) or pay tax (if you are Christian or Jew) type of a deal.

If it was only about worshiping some God, there would be no political and legal framework in it.

Muhammad and his followers had to come up with a way to manage their ever growing empire.  And they came up with Islam doctrine.
Copying ideas from the old testament and other religions tells me they were primitive warlords who could not muster something more original.

Hey, just dont worry.I dont think that anybody hates Islam.Its just a religion like the others. And yes each and every religion has its good and bad sides, whether it be chritianity or islam. If you just hear people saying rubbish about your religion or any other religions, just ignore him because he is the one creating all those problem related to religion and not that religion.

To the contrary, Islam is not named after a person as in the case of Christianity. Nowhere in the Bible will you find God saying to Prophet Moses' people or their descendants that their religion is Judaism, nor to the followers of Christ that their religion is Christianity.

Well, I can't tell you why I hate Islam because I don't. I think a lot of people have said they same things in this thread. The main reason people "hate" Islam is ignorance. They don't actually know what Islam is or what it stands for. I actually don't really think that so many people genuinely hate Islam. They may have negative or hateful feelings towards Islam, but that's usually just a reflection of what the media or their friends say. I have visited a few Muslim countries and I have great experiences. Muslim people are typically very generous and hospitable. Just like there are extremist Christian group that do bad things, there are extremist Islamic group that do bad things. Most people of either faith are just trying to live in a way they see as right and do good things.

It's simply because it's the best and most truthful religion out there

I am a Christian and I don't hate Islam, because we are serving the same God. But some people will not agree with the fact that we are serving the same God

Because Muslims spread around the world, they do not want to live in their native countries and try to migrate to developed leading ones and they misbehave there not accepting the rules and new cultures they live in. They try to force everyone around to do what they consider to do rightly according to their religion although they are already not home and they were not invited and welcomed to come at all. They invaded everything around.

I wouldn't call that hate (at least from my point of view) but more of a uncomfortable feeling caused by all the terrorism stuff and refugee crisis. I've also heard some theories that muslims want to take over the world some day. But still, if someone does anything bad to me, I blame the person, not the religion, race or skin color

I think there are some aspects to all religions which are frightening, but here’s one that bothers me, the holiest country to Muslims is Saudi Arabia, and the holiest cities are found there. But the behavior feels quite unholy to me and I think it’s something Islam can improve. That's the problem now a days. people judge the religion instead of the person.. well it's now right to judge some but the point there is when muslim got some trouble it will label it about his/her religion that's why hate about islam is spreading

He is the best governor Indonesian have. He is jailed for supposedly insulting islam.

He only said that people are using Al Maidah 51 to lie.

Basically because he cleans corruption, he is the favorite governor in election. So the other guy try to use Al Maidah 51 to motivate people to select other candidates.

Many people are concern that it's just a way to get a corrupt governor installed instead. After all people use religions to lie often.

If we can't speak our mind, it's very easy for politicians to rule us and to steal our money. And many muslims seem to support that. That's I hate.

Some muslims want to close prostitution parlors. That is even though they know that the parlors will open anyway as long as the cops get bribed. This I hate.

Some muslims in Indonesia even says that corruption is fine. It's ganumah. War retribution from kufr. I know most muslims are not like that. However, their kind would piss people off.

To me, islam is just another ideology. Anything not capitalistic is not something I look too positively.

I think non muslims should like islam as much as non white should love white supremacism and jews should like nazism.

That being said, I must admit that islam may be far more benign than nazism.

When people see a particular group as “the other” as opposed to co-equal members of society, there is a psychological effect related to what is termed, In-group/Out-group group dynamics. This means that if “my” group does something, it is not as bad as when “their group” does something. Members of the In-group are viewed with harmony as opposed to animosity and this is what you see in the above comment. So, if a Muslim asks for the same rights as everyone else, it is viewed as “forcing the religion” or “changing our laws” when in fact, neither is the case. As for the idea that Islam needs to be eradicated, this is actually no different than antisemites who say all Jews have to be eradicated. The person is frankly, an extremist.Thus , the muslim said to be hated by other religions because they want to force their beliefs and religion in one place thats why most people hate islam.
