Currently it is the progression time of the bitcoin so saying that it is not dead is right. The current situation of the bitcoin price is just a little pressure and nothing else.
There may be a lot of reasons why people are saying Bitcoin is dead and a lot of them is totally different with one another. Some people might say Bitcoin is dead because they are too late to invest now at a cheaper price and they need to find another investment or others say Biycoin is dead because of how volatile it is and it cannot be trusted as a stable currency even in the future. But at the end of the day it is all just opinions of different people.

yes it is, because they are bitter, because they doesnt believe in bitcoins and they are believing that other coins may be more greater than bitcoins and it is quiet good than bitcoin, dont worry someday they might be regretting the time they have been saying that bitcoin could be dying they will say someday that they are regreting not to believe in bitcoins.
Declaring that Bitcoin is dead over and over is a scheme of some people, or I say greedy people, who wants to have all the profits all to themselves. They try to manipulate the thoughts of other people so that they will sell their Bitcoin and will trigger a decline on Bitcoin's price. And when that happens, these greedy people will start buying Bitcoin at a low price. This are just their selfish strategy and no one should ever believe them. They are greedy trolls.

You’re very right, people every year usually post these types of threads complaining about the price or stating that the price of the coin is indicating that Bitcoin is going to die really soon. If you look back at the threads that were posted a while ago, you will notice that the people stating that could’ve made a bunch of money if they decided to hold their coins.
No I think that people still trust bitcoin and attracts them not the very existence of the alternative currency bitcoin and the opportunity to earn increasing rate. Now we see falling prices and this has led to the present panic. So there is no trust.

People obviously know bitcoin will always be around but when the price drops or when the volatility increases it shows how inefficient bitcoin currently is as a currency, it has become nothing more than an asset like any other in ones portfolio.
Those are called doubts from people not efficiency of bitcoin.
Bitcoin will always rely on the supporters. Without it bitcoin will be nothing. That is why we keep on inviting other investors to switch into bitcoin or new ones to pick bitcoin as an investment and also as a currency.

Many people are just too pessimistic with bitcoin. I cant remember the last time that people say bitcoin is already dead because it keeps on happening and until today when the price is so high, people just cant stop saying it. I believe that at the end of the year we are going to get higher price and some will still be pessimistic

I also agree with your point because some people when do not have invested in Bitcoin at the time when its price was lower and when they see the price of Bitcoin is increasing higher then they regret that why they have not invested in Bitcoin and then they think that if they will start rumors again to Bitcoins then the price will again come to lower and they will be able to buy it at lower price but I don't think that they will get success in this way
