Because rising of bitcoin hurts people who don't invest in but it doesn't matter, bitcoin died many times in its history according to those people but as you can see it is still here as stronger
Every time, for as long as I remember, that I go on bitcointalk, everyone keeps posting "BTC IS DEAD" "SELL" etc... And then a few Sr/Hero members come and explain how thats wrong.
I just don't get it.
Aren't we used to the price fluctuating by now? Whats with all the crying/moaning about price bubbles, crashing, inflations, Russia, China blablablablablablaaaaa!
Jeez... Do some research before posting, I saw one post which got LOADS of attention, yet the first post was done by paint, with an unlabelled graph which showed wrong data!
This is getting to the point where we are affecting newer members or gullible people into selling/dumping all their coins instead of keeping them. I mean when I come on the forum, I see that its crashing, why would I buy in?
I think we need to stop giving the panicking people attention and focus more on positive sides.

I also don't get it. Where the fact is bitcoin has proven its value ever since. There are time that its price fluctuates but it is regaining its value as well. Are those people just want some attention or they don't really have the idea of the status an bitcoin's history. Those kind of threads or articles might cause newbies to doubt their trust in bitcoin.
Its bitcoin investors who want to create panic among investors and make them sell all of their bitcoins so that they could buy bitcoins at cheaper price.Some times,altcoin investors also spread the news that bitcoin is dead in order to pump their altcoins and fill their pockets.

LOL I don't think anyone's gonna be saying that right now. This has been created I think quite a long time ago and probably during a time when btc was at a low point. It went a long way from there now and btc has become stronger and the price is about to reach up to the heavens
They simply did not see real examples of earnings from Bitcoin and think that this is a fraudulent scheme. I also did not dare to try bitcoin for a long time.

They either prefer other crypto-currencies or are the creators of other crypto-currencies and want to develop them.
They just dont believe that bitcoin will come this long way, a very successful one,hoping their crytocurrency might lead with bitcoin somehow.
Agreed. They thought that bitcoin will be history because of the dip it experienced specially after a negative news. They don't have full confidence that bitcoin will rise and see the price right now its going strong. The thing can be also says about altcoins, they are also in the rise right now. So if they dip can we say that they will be dead soon?

The basic reason is that people lack knowledge and they don't know what they are talking about as they will only believe in what is shown to them by people around them and if they are surrounded by negative mindsets people then without applying their own knowledge they will start believing in what they listen from them but the best thing would be to ignore those people and continue with bitcoins.

Many people just do not trust digital technologies that improve their lives day by day and are afraid to use them.
People obviously know bitcoin will always be around but when the price drops or when the volatility increases it shows how inefficient bitcoin currently is as a currency, it has become nothing more than an asset like any other in ones portfolio.
I have used bitcoin to buy things many times. So it is currency for me.

They just want to buy cheaper coin thats why they want to FUD bitcoin. if they say that BTC is dead. normally some weak hands will dump their bitcoin and results to drop of the price, if the price drops, the FUDster will eventually bought all the coins that has been dumped.
Yes they want to see bitcoin's price lower again because they didn't started to ride with the pump of bitcoin when the price is still low. Let's say that these people are correct, yes bitcoin is dead and it's becoming more dead and the price is increasing more. And we already at $2,000, yes it's a dead coin very obvious people. 
But they are not going to become successful with it either. As the price is getting higher day by day, we will definitely going to see the price of bitcoin climbing for this year. And those people that are keep on telling that btc is dead are the ones to become dead with their misconception.
