The price doesnt really indicate wether bitcoin is dead or dying. No matter what the price it might be , you can always use bitcoin conveniently. Smaller price will means that you wll have to spend higher amount of bitcoin to purchase something with and vice versa so there is no correlation between bitcoin dying and its price

i think that it is impossible that bitcoin price wont hit 1 thousand dollars per bitcoin because people will start buying fast pretty soon

No you can not draw the conclusion that the people has said bitcoin is dead, it is those who hate bitcoin might they intend to take advantage of people who are afraid of losing money.

if you look at the time and situation when they say bitcoin is dead you can easily understand why they say it.

for example when the price is rising and everything is ready and there is no resistance against the rise all of the FUD is silent. but as soon as price stops for a moment and takes a step back or even stays at the same lever those FUD spreaders come out and say bitcoin is dead.
