We've heard many stories of athletes being suspended for life for betting on their own games. Yet, despite the risks, some of them keep risking everything. Is it just about the money, or is there something deeper driving them
After all, money can’t replace their sport careers and the excitement they can feel through playing unless they are forced to play. Being remembered as cheaters can destroy their reputation and legacy. But, do they really care...
Who knows? We can't actually teel if they make slot of money from their sports career. Some of them might need the extra hand and another to do they, they have to cheat the system a bit. I won't actually blame them as most of these sport athletes might not be making much from the games. Aside for some popular sports like soccer, basketball and when it comes to top og's , those low level players would also be jealous and want to make extra.
Some people are greedy. They see an opportunity to cheat and they are greedy about it and cheat just to make money. This is not only in athletic but also in all other sports. They will think that no one can find out.
Cheating is in human nature.
I've heard about it too but then, what can be done when they have to make a little but extra to cover up other expenses. I can't call all of them who engage in such act greedy though. They might have other personal reasons which they won't tell on the socials. But for someone who knows very well that isn't against his limit to bet on himself they why go through the stress.
