there may be 2 reasons for it, the first one is that investors can earn money even when btc falls by making short positions on it and the second one the whales everytime wishes the lowest price possible to make their investing and pump the coin.

Sometimes we can not blame them maybe they have their own reason why but it's really hurt, maybe they have less money and they want to buy more for long term.
It is not the problem of the single person but a lot of people are here who want to buy bitcoin I high amount but they don’t have enough money for it so they are trying to make the price down with lower the value, I told all my friends to invest in bitcoin a few months ago but some of them did not buy because the price was not so high but after this new trend now they want to see bitcoin 6k again which is not possible because bitcoin has started to rise now. One thing that really surprises me is how some new projects come into blockchain and start spreading false news and making baseless analysis that bitcoin will fail all in the name of making their own project a success. In crypto, we should accept that bitcoin is the KING and anytime bitcoin falls, all other altcoins also fall. I have read news where people were predicting that bitcoin will go back to 1k and now that bitcoin and other cryptos are down, they are changing their predictions to favour bitcoin. This all proves that their plans backfired and they are beginning to realize that when bitcoin is down, most other alts will be down. All these news we spread rather drive away investors and at the end of the day, we all lose. Why can't we unite and spread good news rather than hate one of our own?
sometime they believe if bitcoin rush too fast it will bounce higher and that is that they want, and the other side, some people wait for a dip because they want to buy coins in cheap price, i think both of it have affect for price

yes, there are many factors that cause it to happen. as you say, some developers do it just to boost its crypt value. the rest spread FUD to lower the bitcoin price and then buy it. this is the world of crypto full of intrigue and so there is always market manipulation.

Those people want low price to buy cheap Bitcoins but actualy after buying they want the price to rise high quickly so that they can earn fast profit. But in reality things are not functioning that way and Bitcoin price is moving according to the wishes. On the other hand some can't afford to buy Bitcoins at high price.
Still I beleive that every price dump is good opportunity to get more coins as an investment for the future. Sooner or later it will pay out.

Some people want to buy bitcoin at the lower price because of they are late for coming in cryptocurrency market so they wish the downfall of bitcoin for buying more bitcoin and altcoins.

Maybe because they have their own coin in competition so that they have would always want to gain attention for more profit or maybe they wanted to invest and they wanted to have the bottom price for greater profit.

That is what we call greed. Sometimes new cryptos think that they have the guts to take down the pioneer of the cryptocurrency but it has proven wrong. To think that they are trying to bring down Bitcoin is the fact that greediness will lead to no good in all aspects.

In my own opinion, there are two reason why bitcoin users are still hoping and still want to make bitcoin fall. The first reason that comes to my mind is that, of course if bitcoin falls. It is easily for the people to buy bitcoin and later on if it will raise again its price then they will sell it. The second reason that I think why bitcoin users is still hoping for price fall is because they believe that after a fall there will be a greatest comeback of bitcoin.

I think these people want to buy some more OR they want to promote their own cryptocurrency. I don't want to buy more, so I wish Bitcoin will grow, for example.

Well I don't know... It all depends on what you mean by fail. I think it has indeed completely failed to be a currency due to its lack of stable value and inability to scale. It also has slow confirmation times which don't lend well to real world commerce. But maybe it hasn't completely failed as a storage of value. At any rate, Bitcoin is only king because it was the first and not because it is the best.

What we expect for those who envy because the successful years of bitcoin, they spread fake news to destroy bitcoin usual nothing new about the haters of bitcoin. Well, we cannot control them, that is what they want, their selfish plans to happen. Maybe they do that because bitcoin hugely dominates the market that is why they think they need to do those thing so that they will also gained money or profit. In my own opinion i think the big interest of many people to buy cheaper market price is oneof the reasons why they are still wishing bitcoin to drops continuously so they can buy more crypto that they can sell in higher price once the market recovers.
