A few searches on-line and I found you guys, Crypto Savages, Anarchists, and rebels. We all know that a conversation about taxation with a person who believes in the state is like having a conversation with a kid who believes in Santa Clause, if the information doesn't comes from his parents then it turns into a futile conversation that often leads to symptoms of disbelief, which could turn into withdrawal and violence.
I want you to imagine a top that can only tell you the truth to any question you ask it once it stops spinning. Now, imagine a Statist who's been spinning this top for years and years to try and receive a different answer. The Statist has gone from asking it, "why do taxes make me feel so bad?" to "I hate taxes" etc, and every time the top stops it replies with the same answer "taxation is theft"
"No, no!" they can't believe it and they spin it again,
"taxation is theft" the top replies and they'll even have you spin it for them in frantic disbelief.
In the land of reality we all know the future is decentralized, and as a result the laws will reflect the fears of the Governments and its banking cartels. Ergo, laws will become more pervasive, we'll see greater forms of vulgar state influence that will seem and feel like complete authoritarianism.
Why not, let's entertain this notion of taxation:
If you're dealing with a centrally-controlled fiat currency supply such as the US dollar or the Federal Reserve Note, IE the petrodollar, then yes, I'd understand an individual choosing to be stolen from by having to pay the IRS their extortion money. And being okay when some one behind a computer at your local bank freezes your bank account because you pulled out $100 at the ATM during the wrong time of day. Or having your self beat to an inch of your life at the US Mexico boarder because you have a Bitcoin tattoo, but you hadn't coughed up any coins like a vending machine.
But seriously? having to pay the IRS in a currency that they never created, don't manage, have nothing to do with is ridiculous . Ask your self this question, was there a Government agent standing by your computer helping you make Bitcoins by providing you useful information. Was the IRS paying your rent, your electricity bill mining equipment, buying you food? Can you name any IRS agent by first and last name? No? Well there you go -- you don't know these people or any-one individual there and if you did then you, of course, pay back that one individual. But if they all gang up on you and take your money without an agreed upon contract or your explicit consent then it's theft. Either them or anyone individual taking from you is theft which makes Taxation theft.
You have to remember that Bitcoin, like your home, or car is your property. Anyone including the Government taking your Bitcoin is a violation of your 'Property Rights' which is a basic Human Right. Basic Human Rights are directly correlated with Natural Law. And Natural Law is the highest law of the land, no one on this planet not even the Government can escape natural law. An example of Natural Law is "If you place your hand on a hot-open stove what will happen to your hand?" It's the law of cause and effect. As an Anarchist I work with this law, so do you, and so does everyone.
Sometimes they'll ask me, "But -- but you must pay your fare share!!"
A: Show me the contract I personally agreed to pay any particular amount to this human invented fiction called a Government? You won't find the contract because it doesn't exist and it never did just like this human invented Government fiction created by heavily indoctrinated people. The word "Fare share" was invented by the writer Carl Marx who was a Communist.
Therefore, the words "Fare share" are derived from a Marxist ideology of collectivism which proposes that the work and energy produced by the individual does not belong to the individual but to the state. And that all subsequent goods, and services derived from the individual's labor, work, and energy belongs solely to the state. The individual will produce and the state will take a percentage of the labor and ration out the rest back to the individual in small -- incremental sums over time. Marxism leads to technocracy or technocratic socialism and makes Marxism even worse. In a technocracy (which is more brutal than Communism), the individual does not receive his or her rations in the form of monetary compensation, but in resources such as electricity, food, and water. And if the individual runs out of anyone of those rations during the month then they are either left to die by the state or they are reported to the local authorities by a neighbor or friend. The police are then required to visit the individual's home, to read them their rights and violations, and to have the individual repeat those violations aloud back to the police for their records. They then ask the individual to turn away from them and to get on their knees to be finally executed. Executions are not performed in isolated environments, but in front of entire families and children. This allows the children to either obey and fear the state or see their parents as traitors of the state and lose complete trust in their parents and only trust the state.
So what do I think people will do in the very near future?
I believe the laws will get so bad in the United States that most people will need to close all their bank accounts, file for bankruptcy, and move to another state. But I would go further than that. I would rent a storage locker somewhere, pay with cash and stash what I didn't want stolen. I would then check in to the local homeless shelter and make sure that they have my ID card on file. I'd leave the shelter at 12 am and I'd go to a Hotel. In the morning, I'd apply for food stamps, move some where out of the way and pay for the rent, food, and toiletry in cash. Sooner or later everyone living in the western world will be doing something like this.
Q: "Well, if you don't like it then you can get the hell out!!"
A: You first, give it back to the Native Americans on your way out.
Cheers!
