Certainly yes, everyone of us have a different purpose of why we gamble. Others take to gamble just to have pastimes, escape from boredom and sometimes aiming to an instant profit even if we have no assurance of winning because the fact about gambling is we are taking decisions without knowing the outcome since gambling is only about winning and losing and we always have no choice of that.

Why would you even start gambling if you are not ready for the things that could happen like losing your savings or something like that? Your decisions could really make or break who you are because a lot of people judge you for what you do, that's just how the world works right?

Some people is not thinking that they'd loss their money that way in gambling, that's why more and more new gamblers were not prepared as well as ready for all those circumstances. On that part of losing saving, well I agree that mostly of those long time gamblers could tend to waste it all just for that; without even thinking for what the future may happen.

Well, but you already said that you have limits everytime that you start gambling, and that is the most important thing that you should do. You can not gamble if you do not have limits, you could end just gambling your entire house.

I usually gamble just to be entertain and sometimes our way of dating together with my husband or there are times qith our friends like a group date. But we all know how to limit ourselves even if we are winning or losing we always have alloted time to play. So we don't call ourselves as a addicted gamblers.

If this person finds moderated gambling to free him from all the stress, he will continue to play so that he can start a fresh day in his job the next week and it is beneficial to him.

I won't deny that there some people who able to gamble for the sake of entertainment purpose.
I just think those people not much exist because of gambling addiction usually successfully makes people turn their purpose into money making.
That's good if you can resist to stay gamble for something like stress reliever , you might be fine to gamble in the long run with that way.

I want to ask you a question and the question is that who told you that people come to casinos and gamble just for the sake of fun. You said that there are some people who have the fun purpose behind their gambling. I want to tell you that no one comes to have fun only; people come to make profits also. No one had that much money to lose just for fun.

Those who really wants to achieve their purpose of winning or earning too much in gambling needs to be rich enough that have excess money to spend in gambling without control until they find their purpose. It really depends on our attitude towards accepting loses and enjoying the winnings.

At my early years, I gamble because I wanted to earn in just an instant. Basically, I get addicted to it before because of the money involved. I've got my ups and downs before and It keeps me on going because of my ups. I don't care about losing since I believe that I could win it back (Guess I'm wrong). But today, I gamble just for the sake of fun and entertainment nothing more and nothing less. I've learned my lesson, but It is really hard to turn away from gambling in just one snap. I'm trying to go from occassional to zero.
