It is simply because risks are giving us opportunities to earn profit. We should not afraid to take the risks for us to not waste the opportunities that we may get. I keep taking risks for me to have more benefits and advantages.

When you decide to take risk you should try to know the risk percent and compare it to rewards.
Else you are not risk taker, you turn to gambeling.
Ask your self what is the risk and what is the rewards, if rewards worth then take risk if you like to be risk taker.
Normaly risk must be less than rewards inorder to take risk. Other wise no.

I have to take risks simply because in other case my position will be liquidated. Today my eth short position was almost liquidated, 1$ more and I would lost all of my savings...

We can't predict the things that will gonna happened in the future to what we will do in the present that's why taking the risk even it's not really sure we will take it. And we can't get things if we won't try to risk the things that can change everything that we wanted to our investments.
