Insisting on using a certain gambling site which is either blacklisting your country or blocked by your country is nothing but a suicide. It will not only be a violation of the site's terms and conditions but also a violation of your country's policy. And not only that, you are risking your money by using that gambling site. The moment that site detects that you are playing from a forbidden location, your account as well your money will be locked. What would be your defense then in order to get back your money? Nothing.
Yes, that's absolutely true. We don't want to have a bad experience just because we still insist on using a gambling site that forbids us to play on their site. You also have to be wise to respond because it is our money and we have to keep it as good as possible. If it's just an account problem, I think we can make one at each casino but if we get into trouble because we violate the rules of the casino and our country, it's the same as bringing us to bad things that can happen to us at any time. We won't be able to defend ourselves because it's obvious we made a mistake and like it or not, we have to admit it.

^ That is if they have an announcement thread you can ask them or their staff because if you are on the gambling site, how could you ask if you can't access the site because it is already blacklisted. Many gambling casinos were against this VPN because it could be the gateway of the users to have fraud activity because they know they can't be traced because they already masked their IP address and of course, their identity. Once you access the gambling casino site, reading the TOS is a very important factor to avoid mistakes in the future.
Besides that, if we can't access their site, it means that that site has blocked our country's IP and we don't have to keep trying to access the site using a VPN because, after all, we will get in trouble because we come from an existing country on their blocklist. By reading the TOS, they hope that we understand what we should not do while playing on the gambling site and avoid harming our own account.

This is truly the best, but it is still recommended that you read their Terms of Service because some of the support will state that VPNs are prohibited, but if you ask another support, they will state that they are not. I'm not sure if they are aware of the situation, but reading their terms of service and looking for some sort of anonymity keyword or VPN so that you can confirm it was not allowed was. Gambling is still prohibited in a number of countries due to religious beliefs or other negative consequences, but as you can see, the majority of countries are allowing it because it generates significant tax revenue for the government.
Reading their Terms of Service is a must nowadays since many casinos realize that their potential customer needs to know their rules and hope that they do not try to break them. The support system should know about VPN usage on their site so I think they can give an answer related to the usage of VPN with the right. Although gambling is prohibited in some countries due to religious beliefs, some people still play gambling and make money from gambling. It will be up to their people because they know the risk and consequences of playing gambling.

You can ask the casino support team to know whether they allow the usage of VPN or not and also in their ANN of bitcointalk if they have one. Just because many people doing it also not facing any issues at all doesn't mean we can also commit the same mistake and get our money back at any time.
Asking the casino support team is the right decision to know the VPN usage, and we need to make sure about that. The casino can do anything with their members, including freezing their account if the casino thinks we do something suspicious or break their T&C. Hopefully, we all not have a problem with any casinos now or in the future to play gambling comfortably.

Well, maybe your country doesn't block the casino but the casino blocks your country's IP, that's totally possible, and the only solution for this is to use a VPN... I know you don't like this option, but you don't have a lot of options, I only see two of them:

1.-Get a VPN and move on with the casino.
2.-Move to a new country.

If the casino doesn't allow VPN and it's blocking your country then that site is not for you, keep walking to the next site  Wink

Getting a VPN is a risky move, I have read a post here that he got problems regarding withdrawals on his account. The site requires him to go full KYC just to make sure he is a legit citizen of the VPN he used. Since he is a US citizen, the casino he use banned him and the problem is that he cannot withdraw his remaining funds anymore. Too bad for him so if this OP is planning on using a VPN he must be ready to face same consequences. By the way that guy that I am telling you initially deposit 400 dollars and won through the game, his remaining balance was 1200 USD and already withdrawn 1800 USD or more. Maybe if things go out of their way, they make you do KYC just to block you from withdrawing, also maybe they already knew that he is using a VPN and thus refrain him from getting the money because he already broke the rules from the start.

FYI, not all the casinos restricted the usage of VPN they respect the privacy of gamblers but it doesn't mean users from restricted countries can take advantage of it which is actually the breach of their terms will cause lose of access to your account along with any funds left in their wallet.
But unfortunately, many people from restricted countries are still trying to access the site, register their accounts and deposit their money. But when they want to cash out their win money, they can not do that since it is written on their rules that is one of the "don't" that their members need to avoid.

Some casinos allow their members to keep using the VPN, but they need to validate it with that casino to allow them to use the VPN.

If VPN is the only solution then why are you keeping yourself from doing it? I don't understand. It's legal for a cheap price.
I have the same problem before and that's the solution so I used it to continue playing in a selected gambling site that I love the most. They are getting strict about this rules to avoid other problems from restricted countries might as well do your own fixing to be able to play again.
yeah that is what he must do, Using legit VPN (of course with pay) will be the best for this problem since it is not illegal in His country then i don't see any reason why this using hinders him?
lucky for me because we have no issue at all using sites in my country or in any sites , so i need not to use VPN at all, though there are limited game provider that allows me to play, but most sites are accessible in my part.
I'm not really sure if using a VPN especially for accessing gambling would be the ideal solution especially that most of them ristrict their users from using VPN on their sites. Also, there a chance that your account might get tagged for malicious actions due to continuously changing on your IP address.
I suggest to for OP to avoid using gambling sites that won't let him access it as it might cause a prbolem sooner or later and since money is involved on these stuff, there's a high chance that you won't be able to retrieve it because of you violating their terms and conditions.
You are right, there are sites that are very jealous about access to their platforms, with the aim of avoiding possible problems, many are dedicated to having SSL security and avoiding proxy access or possible VPNs, which can lend themselves to tarnishing any legal process through computer trickery and if by any chance you had any prohibited measure and circumvented it this may cause you to no longer have access i know tor has a vpn included which is not a vpn but a proxy sometimes this can see you in site security as a site potentially dangerous, these are the risks of entering with tor and VPN.

If the country where you live isn't included in the banned list of the particular gambling site, you should have no issues accessing that site. However, since you mentioned that there are some religious concerns on gambling and it is very much possible that the government had ban those domain names. If this is the case, switching the ISP will not help either because it's banned on the country level. The only way to access those sites is via VPN.
Of course, VPN is a wonderful invention that helps many users in different countries.
Especially in countries where censorship is strong.  However, this censorship does not sleep and improves the methods of its work.  In some countries, blocking vpn services themselves is practiced.
And if you were able to use your favorite vpn service and everything was fine, then there may be such a moment that you will not get access to it.
According to the decision of the regulators of this country, it will be blocked.  And you have to look for another vpn.
It is especially offensive if you paid for the service, and the service is blocked.
Yes its true when VPN can help thousand country when black list IP they still have chance to access not only with casino game but also thousand site when blacklist could restore by using VPN. But talking about keep safety access casino gambling by using VPN? will breach out term of service on casino or not. Many people not see TOS or Term of Service some casino is allowed using VPN or will be mark as fraud and cheater when we adopted VPN for accessing on their casino site. I still looking casino have available access without use VPN afraid if some time account banned reason using VPN.

It's possible he's from a conservative Islamic region where gambling is considered Haram/sin. There is no problem with that as it is a majority-rule voting system, but he must follow the rules and refrain from gambling, there is no pleading for mercy in those areas, I've learned.
My opinion is that if you don't want to use a VPN on gambling webs, you should use Tor instead of a VPN since a VPN connects you to a single server, but Tor allows you to connect to a large number of nodes in various locations, and they are not just nodes, they are decentralized nodes with multiple layer encryption.

I'm curious about what @OP was up to after his reply a few days ago.
Has he decided to use a VPN but asked every casino first or is he looking for a gambling site he can access without using a VPN?
Maybe he will come back here later after looking for the answer because, from everything we have suggested to him, he can try to look it up himself until he can find a gambling site that is comfortable for him to gamble.
But whatever it is, I hope he always makes sure that there won't be any problems that might arise in the future unless he loses his money playing gambling.
He hasnt still make out decisions yet you could see his latest or last response.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59304100

He had mentioned that he do lived on a muslim country which it is safe to presume that ISP provider is
the main who had been blocking out those gambling sites.
Yes, I know it. That's why I'm curious about what he will do after knowing his situation and condition or if he has done something by looking for other gambling sites that can make him comfortable to play gambling.
I think not all gambling sites are blocked by his ISP and that is normal so he can keep looking for gambling sites that suit what he wants.
If he has made up his mind and finds a gambling site that he thinks is good for him, he can contact customer service for other questions before he deposits his money.

Hi fellow gamblers,

I live in a country where gambling is actually legal, but due to some religions that consider gambling is illegal... gambling is pretty strict in my country but it's still allowed if you play on licensed casino, that's just my story.

Well, I've seen so many online casino in this forum and it's really attract me to play. But I don't know why I can't access the casino, while I can access the other casinos. My internet connection is good and my country doesn't got blacklisted by the casino, what's the problem then? Does this because my internet service provider, what should I do to solve this?

I wouldn't play with VPN since it's breaking their rules, I'm really looking to solve this. It's really sad when you want to play on specific casino but there's a barrier obstructing your desire. I know there's an alternative casinos, but I have some personal reason to play in specific casino...

1. Open Chrome browser setting
2. Go to Security and Privacy
3. Select security
4. scroll down to advance then select provider, I used 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare)
5. then you will be able to access the blocked browser. especially sportsbet.io and Binance.com

Dont know if this one is effective but you could try it out.

Usually some casino gambling site will give different domain like Stake gambling when blacklist on my country but keep worth without have to install VPN on device computer or mobile phone. Still not any way for this banned blacklist resolve and I ask on costumer service they can't help how to restore account without use VPN beside they have guide use VPN but get risk term of service of casino gambling rule.

Are you sure your country is supported by the online casino where you wish to play? You said that your country is pretty strict when it comes to gambling. That must be enough reason why your chosen online casino is not allowed to operate.

To be sure though, you should contact their support. There might be a possibility that even if the list of blacklisted countries does not include yours, the casino is not operating in your country. Also most lists are not comprehensive.

It depends on the site's Terms and Conditions.

There are sites that allow the use of VPN. For example, here in Stake, they allow the use of VPN, I believe.

Next time, if we are really concerned or worried about using VPN, let's take on reading the Terms and Conditions first. Although for new users, they are actually not reading TOS and that's a problem in the future if the same case happened like to OP.
I don't think it's allowed as they still block certain countries from accessing the site but they're probably less strict with the enforcement of their rules since there are a lot of stake players using VPN. Also, there's no telling that your account is safe indefinitely as they could always hit you with the reason of breaking the terms and conditions of the site. I think it's safe to assume that casinos usually have these terms but we can't always tell if they're strict with the usage of VPN or not.
