If you try to read again the case of the OP, He wants to play online Casino to have a privacy since his religion has a very strict law against gambling so his only option is to play online to avoid being caught by there religion officials.
The problem of OP is very hard to solve since he didn't mention his country and the name of Casino that he try to access so that we can verify if there's really a problem on the Casino or on his ISP. I believe the ISP is his problem since the government can regulate online gambling by banning all the online gambling site through ISP provider regulation.
Yes, I've read @OP's case and if it's related to his religion and if his only option is to play online, it looks like he shouldn't have to gamble because the situation in his country doesn't allow it. It wasn't difficult because even without gambling, he would find other pleasures without breaking the rules in his country.
That's a shame because @OP himself isn't candid about the problem he's having so we're just arguing with each other about what we really don't know.
We are still in a pandemic and it's not yet recommended to play in the casinos in fact governments encourage people and companies to transfer their activities online if it's possible and that includes playing in casinos and besides it's convenient to play online at the comfort of your home, going back to the topic the only way to now this is to ask their support or you can email them or message them directly if they have an account here or on their active social media sites.
You are right. Maybe in countries where the spread of the pandemic is not too big, they have allowed activities outside the home so that almost all businesses have started to run normally. Online business is increasing in this pandemic because people are now beginning to use an online business to fulfil their needs.
I feel that this case is never ending case as @OP is not come back here and explain the truth.
