Yes mate you are right when crypto market is going down some people are panic and sell their Token or coins for cheap price so there is no plans about holding when market is down and I have some experience in that so please don't sell your coin or Token before reaching your target.Don't be because it is normal for crypto to go down for some reason, such as low demand,negative news or some disaster happen in the system. But this is all part of the business every business's there is always ups and down. Just relax don't worried so much sooner than you think market will recover again.

I believe that crypto had great potential that has not yet been exhausted and even now is in the initial stages of development. Also the market is cyclic so dumps and pumps have to alternate and every fall after rise is inevitable. Combined, these facts say that sooner or later we will see the rise of crypto.

As for me really, i have been able to learn to make use of the times irrespective of the upward or downward trend of the market. I still stand by the fact that one should always follow the market's leading.
