This is a serious case that have led many into bankrupt. Best is to do your own research even if someone tells you it's a good project to invest.  Yes, there are people that analyses and gets it right but it's still better to check than 100% following people's speach.

A friend from my street came by today to tell about a coin named LCC (Litecoin cash) and he told me he has already invested on the coin, i asked him what makes him invested in it, like what is the real use case of the coin and he have no straight answer, after a while i found out he invested in the coin because of what a analyst said about the project, are there people like this on here? after so many scams since 2018? i decide to do few diggings and i see that LCC is not that bad but my point is why invest on a project because someone said they are good?
Well, most of the projects are succeeding due to the hype or popularity the majority is giving into certain projects. So if other people would say that a project is a good one, and others do also support such claim, then it makes sense to invest on it. But I do agree with the idea on not to invest ALWAYS on a project just because someone told you so. Always make your own research still about the project and decide for your own.

I talked with my friend about this. We came to the conclusion that it is much easier for people who are not confident in their abilities to believe someone than to conduct their own research on projects for investment.

Your easily to get fool by an "analyst" that im sure is fake. Next time you should help your friend to pick a project for him. At least he has a experience that he will never forget. Fraud project is getting smarter we should careful.

There are some people who can be easily get interest in many projects and could lead with some consequences in the end of the bargain. Ignorance of what the project is all really about will do no good or true benefit for the investor. It will never be enough reason to invest on a project just because someone you trust or someone with high "ranking" in this industry told you so.

You should not rely on other people in terms of investing into a project. If you are investing then you should do a quick research about the project so you can check if the team are right and capable in doing the project and also think about their goal and road map if it makes sense. Money is always connected to investing so you should not allow other people to waste your money just because they said that it is a good project.

Most advanced? Hmm, must be Housinet. What I am impressed here - use cases and technology side. In few words, guys are bringing the platform, where you can manage your properties on high level. How? You can work with metrics to analyze downtimes, plan rentals, of course, rent houses and much more. Besides, rather professional tools for landlords and more. Of course, better to check out more on their website and conduct own analysis

Hmm, so far for sure sounds attractive and quite innovative. Will definitely examine the website and get back with own thoughts afterwards. Thank you

So do I. Well, probably necessary to add benefits for users and prospects / growth plans. And are there many advanced platforms you are following right now? Of course, interested to hear the most advanced you are aware of

Absolutely correct. Usually when you just follow as a result of recommendation, you regret afterwards. Some point I personally analyze, while getting recommendation from someone - practical value, roadmap, milestones met, team and its experience and so on

Hello everyone. I would say that you mustn’t invest when someone just says solution is good. Evaluation is one of the most important processes and it requires complex analysis on every particular solution

This group of people really need care and attention to be better, because it could be that they don't know there left from right and just like you said, he didn't gave you any straight answer as to why he invested. They need to learn on how to be good with research of any project therefore having the knowledge to look past the lies of the so called experts. Since he is your friend, teach me let him be careful else he makes more mistakes.

He doesn't have a mind of his own and people like that are easily gotten into doing their bidding. One of the things to learn in this space is that act of doing your personal research on any project before investing, no matter who is promoting the project. Most of these experts don't care, they are only after their own pockets, so let's be careful least we fall into scam or useless projects.

Some of them just doesn't have time to learn all the projects and specially the new ones projects. A lot of people join to invest BTT when it created noise in the social media sites while its true that its a good investment, some of them just follow what was being shilled to them so when they were asked why they invest to the project all they say its good base on the ICO rating sites.

Well i think this is what most people do, many people can't make a decision when it comes to crypto and investment so they mostly rely on the opinion of others to make up their mind, i can't really say i blame them though, becaus some people may have a better understanding why a particular project will do better than what you originally thought, but there is nothing wrong in making a research base on the recommendation of others to make the better decision.

It's easy to see the allure of cryptocurrency investments. Fortunes have been made from these digital assets, and many people became wealthy by investing only meager sums. If you are going to invest, you need to research and make individual choices to suit your investment.

There are lots of good cryptocurrencies that we don't know about or haven't heard of. The experience that friends and people around are very good. We should not miss

People who have a lot of experience of investing are not emotional when explaining something, they will not even talk about it at all if it is not asked, unless it has to do with referrals or binding benefits, you are also required to do a review of what has been explained. Many new investors will be blindly interested, it is natural because their next experience will be truly more subjective and do not want to return to the same hole.
I also have some friends who like you talk about, they don't talk much about investments made unless I ask them. some professional investors have such properties, they prefer to keep research and also investments made in private, maybe there are some people closest who can find out

I think we should listen more to the opinions of acquaintances and people, especially experts. They have a lot of experience and know what is going on right now.
This is utter nonsense, it seems to me that I have not seen worse ideas. Imagine that you relied on the opinion of someone you didn’t know from the Internet, who was supposedly popular because of his many likes and you lost your investment because the project turned out to be a scam. What are you going to do? You can only blame yourself because you purchased coins of an unknown project for you and did not even study it at a minimum level. So never listen to others, listen only to yourself and your heart.

for a well known and legit experts yes its not bad to believe on them because experts have gained lots of experience before they become succesful but we shall not take imediate advices from those so called expert wannabees  and normal type of people because they dont have a good background on investing yet  . believing on your self is the best advice that you can make before other's    . i usually dont follow what others opinion because i know how to make my own research
