Is it really that hard to prevent hackers from hacking exchanges, wallets and God knows what other methods they use...
I mean how on earth is crypto supposed to flourish if it's so venerable to hackers?
Every month a huge hack happens and totally destroys the crypto image yet again.
At this rate, bitcoin will go to $1 as it gets hacked every day.
Is it possible to take simple precautions to protect against hackers?
For a so called "unhackable" wallet, private key ect, it seems to be a cake walk for any hacker.
Sorry for the rant, it's just irritating to see crypto slowly dying because of hacks.

I really hate it too but I know that everyone of us our warned not to put our coins in exchanges and we should leave it in our wallets instead. If hackers know that majority of us are doing that, they are just going to steal a small amount and can be discourage because they won't know who has the most money in every wallets around the world.

because cryptocurrency is a very sophisticated technology cryptocurrency is a digital currency so it can trigger the hackers to try to hack the existing cryptocurrency wallet.

Make a difference, make it better.
Security measures are a plus, but it´s in human nature be lazy about personal security and there is always the "smart one" trying to get an advantage over this either online or offline. The protocol has never been hacked and the problems with everything else in the process of adaptation, especially online where is always evolving and the methods are always changing, that why there is so much hacking, evolution will come with a price, but will get there.

Its very impossible to hack Bitcoin and cryptocurrency  rather people's wallet get hacked due to their own carelessness, having low security on their wallets or maybe also  clickiing on fishing sites that can get their details  hooked.Wallets get hacked not bitcoin or cryptocurrency.

Hacking is the most profitable thing for sophisticated programmers. They know how to break security systems of web resources, platforms or even wallets. And they know very well how to do it without being traced and caught. So why shouldn't they use it for their own benefit? It doesn't require any investments or spending of their own assets. They get everything for free. This is, I suppose, is the main reason why they do that. We all like to get something for free.

Of course they are computer system and with that of course they can easily be hacked by those hackers because some of those hackers also know how to make that kind of system and if you know how to do it of course you know hoe to overdrive it. And thar is the disadvantage of a computer they can be hacked they can be virus unlike in those cash but of course there are a lot of ways in order to avoid tjat and in order to be safe store all your holdings into a cold storage an offline wallet for sure.

But i think this is not bitcoin or cryptocurrency to be blame. The system of cryptocurrency is cannot be hacked.
The most plausible reason of hacking is a human itself. Peoples who owns their wallet must be very careful to protect their wallet.
if some hacking event happened, it is considered as a human mistake.

Hacking is one of the problems in the crypto world, it's happening every day, websites get hacked for data, people's personal computers get hacked to gain passwords etc, social media accounts get hacked for whatever reasons and so on. There's a lot of money going around in the crypto world and a lot of people are careless with the security of their wallets and computers etc. On top of this the risk of getting caught for hackers is very low, so interesting for them. Same goes for the Exchanges, they are big targets and not all of them have their security in order, cold storage of funds is a must. There will also be hacking attempts because hackers are sometimes one step ahead of the security measures.

Bitcoin and others crypto always target by harcker because the price in the future will be expensive. Beside that different if they hacking on banks, hacking on bitcoin or crypto is hard to trace it
Believe me, hackers are not hacking exchanges to hold their coins for the long term they are doing it because they know that no matter what happens once they get those coins it is impossible for everyone to get those coins back without the private key, so even if they are caught they will still have access to the money once they are free and out of jail.

I don't think that they are getting hack by anyone , but it is only a type of mistake and fault.by the owner that results into big and resul into hack otherwise it is fully risk free .
But still here we can't say exactly very well about the security system of the exchange , if exchange will not make themself better and more secured then I don't think that they can make it safe in any way and surely value of the trading platform will get down and in that case bitcoin surely will go at much dump .
Here we can see example of a simple site which is blockchain.info ( we know that it is a wallet but still first it is a site also ) which is totally unhackable , so clearly unhackable exchange we can have with better development of the programming in exchange .
Well here I am seeing improvement every times in the exchange and I hope that in the future we will get much better security in the future that what we have today .

Hacking is now a menace that we all witness almost everyday. Exchanges are hacked as well as individual cryptocurrency wallets. However, hacking is not limited to cryptocurrency alone, Internet banking account passwords are hacked on daily basis. We have to learn as much as possible not to leave our cryptocurrencies on exchanges indefinitely. We should also use non vulnerable wallets.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not getting hacked until right now there are no issues about the bitcoin's network has been hacked, just there are hacking issues in bitcoin's exchangers and it doesn't mean bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies getting hacked, it is something different, all of users cryptocurrencies has responsibilities to keep their coins to be safe with stored their private key. No one will be hacked if you very carefull in interering your private key, must double check always the site or links and do not ever give your private key to avoid scams.

Hackers are very active, they are just monitoring our wrong move, as of now to protect our money from frauds and hackers attacks by following these basic steps ,have very strong password, always check before making any transaction ,use the cold storage, double check all the crypto relates web sites you visit and lastly dont trust.

It is not getting hacked always. It happens to less than 1% of the exchanges and is very rare.

Before crypto was born, hacking cannot be stopped in so many ways such as websites, bank accounts, social media profiles and so on. These hackers just wanted a lot of money by hacking without getting detected. Now that cryptocurrency is on a huge trend, these hackers are turning their heads on this latest craze like what happened to CoinCheck, Etherdelta and other well-known exchangers and wallets out there. We just have to keep ourselves safe from these hackers, because even if we have protection, they won't stop finding ways to hack what we have in our portfolio. It's better to store your Bitcoins and altcoins in a hardware wallet like Nano Ledger S or Trezor.

The theft of funds from the already familiar for cybercriminals banking systems go into the background - the attackers reoriented to stealing funds from crypto-currency purses.

I think that you are exaggerating a bit, because I don't hear that bitcoin wallets gets hacked every day, maybe your wallet was hacked and it is not because of vulnerability of the system but because maybe you have shared your private keys somewhere?

Actually some hacking are happening purposely like they wanted to get out of some scam to prevent themselves they just hack their own site and claim it to be hacked by some hackers. Out of 10 hacking 5 hacking are happening like this only. So i dont think that it will affect cryptocurrency as now a days hacking are happening to other cryptocurrencies and not bitcoin as now hackers are more wise that if they hack other coins which are decentralized then no one can find them. As they can convert this cryptocurrencies for btc and then sell them in market and no one will come to know about it. Hacking is normal even in fiat world also lot of time hacking is happening but the news is not leaked out to the world like cryptocurrency hacking is happening.
