As you said in your statement relating to the traditional investment system like the normal stock and share market,real estate business investment ,commodity market,forex trading and bullion market like gold and silver are one of the traditional and oldest form of investment that people follow from years.Economics has played an important role to convince people on how they can get benefit from such kind of investment by giving them the knowledge on how much percentage gains they are going to get in return of their investment.Great revolution in such investment market came by the introduction of btc and its rising market as its profit margin is greater than any other forms of investment and it is running faster than any other traditional investment so i feel btc is better as compared to the olden form of investment which is still being followed by everyone like the stock and share market.
Whether it's real estate or some form of stocks, it cannot give us such an increased growth happening with bitcoin. Also keeping track of bitcoin is simple compared to the stocks, based on which profiting too is highly possible. Finally one can invest what is affordable which is not possible with stocks and real estates.
It just cannot, and anyone can do the maths themselves. Even if you are going to be investing in stocks to get some good cash at the end, you will still have to go in with something very substantial which at the end could still go wrong for sure. Bitcoin would still give you something pretty good in a short term since we are still in the early phase though and we are still going to end up seeing some massive adoption boom later on, but it is worth the risk if you can afford the little you can now and watch it grow better than what stocks would ever give.
As an investment, it's not necessarily better. There are different goals when it comes to investing, such as preserving capital, investing for growth, investing for dividends, and so on. There are also as many different risk profiles as there are investors. So Bitcoin is not "better" than other assets for everyone. It depends on what you want to achieve.
As a tool, the Blockchain would make investing far easier though, due to decreased fees, increased speeds, ease of access and potentially increased liquidity once the blockchain hits the mainstream.

For now indeed Bitcoin is the best investment out of all that you said because it give a huge amount of percentage in return of investment in just a short period of time but I don't really sure to when will this be last, Bitcoin's main purpose is to serve as an international online digital currency but it seems that it is like an asset more than a currency for now because it is so regretting to spend a piece of Bitcoin in buying goods and services online if you know to yourself that it will increase in the future as the volatility of it is so high.

Its value changes every second.
Takes less time to transfer.
Easy to convert cash to bitcoin or bitcoin to cash.
Eco friendly because no physical address required for bitcoin.

Because of the capability of bitcoin to give you faster progress in taking profits rather than those two which is stocks and real estate. In just a few months if you will invest your money then it will give you faster stage of getting your investment back or ROI because of the abnormal growth of bitcoin which is unnatural for the usual investors.
Most of peoples like just because of this nature its can give very quickly return of investment as its nature is is abnormal and its keep moving very hours we need to check charts very quickly for this real state is not good for all as its going with many taxes and other problems stock is also good but not as bitcoin Bitcoin now do for its yield is higher than any stock and real estate. Nothing is really best it really depends on the individual on what suits him best from risk tolerance and also capital these are some factors that will make an individual decide what is best for him. Risk, obviously Bitcoin has the highest risk among them but it also has the highest reward. Capital, as not everyone has the money to buy Real Estate they might need to find something that they can afford like stocks or even Bitcoin. With that being said you cannot really choose what's best for everyone.

It is very simple bitcoin is giving more returns than stocks or real estate.For instance two years before the value of one bitcoin is $300.If someone invest $300 at that then he will get high returns as $6400 the profit percentage is 2000%.At the same time someone invested in gold or stocks or something else of amount $300,now the price of that maybe $500 or even less,the profit percentage is less than 70% so the meaning of best investment is have to give us good returns.The bitcoin gives that than others so it is best investment... Bitcoin has become quite important over the year, Bitcoin is not controlled by single entity for the most part investing in the stock market is seen as the long game to financial wealth but Bitcoin o the other hand is providing quick returns due to quick growth
Real estate is secure investment but not growther immediately but Bitcoin is fastest growthing digital currency
I think its better because bitcoin price is unstable and tends go upwards while in stocks and real state price are based on fiat and some government has a huge tax on real state properties which is not good for small investor.
We cannot use instability to judge. Stocks too can be unstable, it is just the high level of volatility that differs but it does not mean you cannot lose in stocks. However, bitcoin is getting to a point that we may just end up never losing at all since at some point, we will just have to make that profit as the value increases.Real estate though is a very nice one and asides the tax which you have mentioned, I don't see any problem with the investment. Usually though, real estate is not really an investment for small guys as it requires a lot of capital, but a time would definitely come like it is already happening in some places that bitcoin would end up being taxed.
Does the fact that bitcoin work as a universal currency effect the overall value?
The fact that bitcoin can work as a universal currency like USD somehow affects the overall value. Some people buy it for the purpose of buying an item online, and somehow the most convenient way to pay online when a store accepts bitcoin is btc itself. Although people tend to use bitcoin nowadays for speculative purposes, because of the said reason above the fact that it works as a universal currency helps to boost it's current value to a great extent.Therefore due to increasing demand and high market capitalization it is not wrong to say that Bitcoin is a far better option than a real estate or stock market.
I think BTC is in early stages and attracting a lot of people so it´s in a very exponential growth stage. We saw in the DOT.com bubble that anyone would be a stock investor but mainly in the US and Europe. what we are seeing in BTC is that anyone in the world can invest and you are not expected to invest 1000´s like in stocks. So every single citizen in the world can start with even a few sats make this a truly global market with a lot of growth potencial.
Bitcoin popularity has gone far beyond any other business and those who were investing into stocks before are now taking out their money from stocks and are investing into the bitcoin because they all know that this coin can give them huge profit as compare to these two options and I personally shifted from real estate and I am making more in a week than I was making in month and btc is best profit giver. 
Bitcoin is a very profitable asset,but we can`t compare it with stocks and real estate.
Sooner or later the tremendous btc growth will slow down or even stop and we have to be ready.

This is just a plain fact. Over time we will see a form of stability, however, how soon that would be is what is not known. It is normal to always see some booms once in a while which is totally based on adoption and then it stops and we start seeing the normal market volatility of few percentages based on some few factors and all which is normal. Bitcoin has grown pass being a risky asset, not that most countries are finding ways to regulate its usage and over time, it would just be used normally and then held probably as an asset for stable and little growth. It is probaly how the bitcoin works on the vlaues that may take up to vast mysteries of its limits and the rate is incredibly high and fast pace that no other currency could keep up. But some stock takes forever to grow but has a potential to grow a nearly millions of dollars if you have the right money for it but the risk is high and bitcoin is not.What do you think why bitcoin is the best investment than stocks, real-estate, gold or any other conventional investment?
There are no mysteries in bitcoins. You buy, you hold and hope that the price would increase in the future. And so bitcoin price increase many folds if you have investment this year alone, so its gonna be better than stocks who I think remain stagnant for their year and bitcoin may have something to do with it because for me stock investors are getting into the picture right now. Because bitcoin is really a good investment but unlike stocks bitcoin price continues to grow overtime.

I do agree that sometimes when the investment is done the returns providing by the real estate or stocks will not be matching to that of the btc return. But at the same time country do need to support btc else for those citizens if country does not support it, still stock and real estate is the best option available for them.

I don't think stating simply that the trend goes upwards is a good, convincing argument. Just as much as we have been seeing up trends, we cannot get caught up in them right now. The volatility of bitcoin is definitely a problem that not a lot of people want to face. People want to keep their investments as safe as possible, and if they're looking to do that, then bitcoin is simply not the right option. Bitcoin requires a risk on the investor's side.
The volatility is a challenge and would always be a challenge as long as bitcoin stays alive. Sure, we may have some normal usage later on and then we may get some balance but that still does not mean we won't keep seeing the little level of volatility here and there. However, every investment comes with a risk. I have seen situations where stocks have gone wrong and even real estates with some local or national laws.
It is one of those things we need to realize do happen in investments. Bitcoin though a bit risky at the moment, but does not seem as risky as we had it years back since real life usage is stepping in globally now, but we still have to expect the worst in as much as we are optimistic just like in any investment.
