You have the point on why gambling is addicting together with the excitement that you are going to win some wager and with good amount on it.

Also gambling is addicting because it is its nature that gamblers are going to fall for addiction with it.

The cycle of gambling is to let you win in the beginning and in the end you are going to have very few chance on winning.

So that's why we are becoming to it and we don't realize that much.

No one actually think that way, only a bunch of kids that actually gamble for the first time actually feel that way. Even when you think that you cant lose by using 98% chance in dice games or even more, there will always be a chance for you to lose and for some bunch of kids they feel that this thing is really impossible

I think that's too unlucky of yours, having a losing streak will make our bankroll busted, it should not happen to us if we will limit our bets. Losing and winning streak are both possible in gambling, so we must prepare ourselves to make the right reaction in the event we will experience that. It's very addictive when we do not anticipate it will hit us in the long run as most likely we will make a wrong decision.

Yes people will not be satisfied also on little profit. But gambling for fun will be the best attitude of a gambler. Some says gambling for fun is an excuse but the true intention is gambling for a big profit. I think its probably possible, but i am also a gambler but just for fun, I only gamble what can i afford to lose. So if i win and got some profit that's awesome and if i lose all my base balance then ill try again tomorrow. That's not a sickness or addicting attitude a Gambler is a Gambler if it is for fun or it is for the win or profit.

I think before they let you experience to win such a small amount but humans are always not satisfied with small amount..

I think the fact that we can win back our losses makes us addicted to gambling. Because its the greed that plays and we are never ready to walk away with a loss, after all it is our hard-earned money.

Again the fun and excitement associated with gambling is a major factor to make the player gamble more and more.

Also many casinos put up tempting advertisements and welcome bonuses - which actually are things to get you addicted and in the long run the casino will actually earn the bonuses and more money from you if you keep on playing.

I suggest that you stop right now... No need to break your way again... You've already quit so I suggest that you focus on other things... Usually your itch will start when you are vacant... Try to do something when you are alone...

Anyway, gambling is addicting because of excitement/thrill that it brings (as others says ) but most of the time it is more on the losing and winning and staking big amount and emotion, that's where a gambler get caught most of the time...
