And that is really the major problem when it comes in gambling, they cannot control their greediness when they win once. Most of the time gamblers really want to earn money but I know that there is also people out just that just gamble for an entertainment.

There are people who gambles purely for fun but the most disturbing is the majority of the gamblers are into gambling for the sole intention of making money that is why the gambling industry is so profitable and they have been making money more and more with the advent of bitcoin gambling.

Yes, all money involved things are addictive to human. In other words all interesting things are so addictive. That is the reason most of people are getting addicted to sex/alcohols. No, addictions are driven by joy, not money. Gambling is addicting because like feeling of risk and/or winning. If people were thinking only about making money, they would pick something better, like investments for example. Gambling mostly serves as entertainment, sometimes a very costly one.

This is caleed Gambler's Fallacy, it's a belief that, if something happens more frequently than normal during some period, it will happen less frequently in the future. In fact, all results are always random, revious bets never have any effect on future bets.

And yet there are SO MANY gamblers that think this way. I've seen it so many times. Just like any addiction, it's the midbrain pleasure center that hijacks the frontal cortex. When the frontal cortex is suppressed, things like logic and mathematics go by the wayside. That's why rats keep pressing the cocaine lever until they starve to death--it's the same damn mechanism in gamblers. And then, of course, there are some that are just plain stupid to begin with.
