During the gambling activity I have read the brain emit some substances which make you feel happy during the time that you are playing. I don't know how those substances are called but they are responsible for making your brain to not look clearly in the reality but to follow and illusional dream which is gambling. If you are smart, you can just walk away with the bonus and your profit. But if you are addicted gambler, you will probably spend all that bonus into gambling until you have none left. And the more time you spend gambling, the more you become addicted.
