True, gambling always needs self-discipline/self-control, if you don't have this, for sure you will just wasting your time in gambling and you will just lose your money. If we see gambling as if we can earn money, better stop immediately because that is not good. But if we see gambling as just an entertainment and not to make profit then I think it is fine for you to play.

I agree with you. You need to control your emotions and manage your expectations before starting to gamble. It is best to gamble reasonably. Set your self a certain amount as max loss per day,and when you reach this loss stop to gamble. Don't get addicted.

Agree with this. If we want a happy life, we should only spend bankroll that we can afford to lose. However, if you want to be serious and professional gambler, then better to do extensive homework first before even to do your first bet.

I actually do not get fun in trading because for me that is a serious thing and you need to study the market in order to profit, while in gambling you need to just rely on your luck sometimes and just play the game you like. Personally, I love sports betting and dice, so it gives me more entertainment.

But relying on your luck is more risky than to invest in trading. Because you can't say that you are lucky today.
But in trading if you have enough knowledge and if you really want to become rich someday, you will make time to learn in investing, because once you see that your money is growing, I think you will also felt the enjoyment here. Unlike in gambling, once you lose it all, there is no enjoyment you can felt but you can feel that you are also a failure.

I think not all greedy people might have a chance to get addicted in gambling, those who are also greedy but at the same time they don't want to lose their money because of their greediness and also because they are miserly, they scared also of losing money in gambling. It is just important that you have more wins than loses to make profit cause nobody wins all the time even the house.

you are absolutely right, even if sometimes i've myself heading toward that kind of behavior but after few expensive reality checks, it makes you drop from your cloud and realising that you can't beat the house.

I do not think that a large percentage of players who have taken to earn a lot of money, win them. Always gets the casino, not the game. You need to have not just luck when you sit down at the gaming table.

The fun of the fact that you earned the money and you can imagine that it is one thing to buy, and the pleasure of gambling, it is akin to drug addiction. And this is a big difference and I do not think you need to explains what's what.
