Gambling is always addictive. Some people cant stop gamble. And the smart people can say to themself that they can stop gambling.
But I think the best option is that you must find a hobby or do something fun with your family.

Its true but the people that are gamble addicted are mostly not thinking about the bets they are doing, or even about the money they have.
They only think about the winning chance and than lose a lot because most of them also use high amount bets.

People see gambling as a game. And they like it. These people are very greedy. And they cant stop. And then they lose a lot of money.

Maybe yes,, its really the nature of gambling...it motivates us and our desire to play more thinking that the good prize is at the end...going out of gambling site might stop it, might be good if someone we love would tell us to stop..
