Nope, you're not in love with the numbers. But you are challenged to try your luck, and "adrenaline" it's the thing that make you addicted.
When you almost hit the max bet of your balance, the adrenaline in your body will pumped out. It's scary but after that you will want to do it more and more, even when you're not earn a good profit.

It is actually interesting point. Show me a professional who earned his money exclusively by gambling.
Because from what I could see none of rich 'gamblers' earned money from it alone. It seems that 'easy' money from gambling is an illusion after all.

And some people get tempted to bet when they see big odds, they dont care if the bet will end as a win or loose, but they just gamble in hope. I think odds matter less, if you win then it matters, if you know you will loose, why even care much for odds.

Actually such activities like solving puzzles, taking part in quiz and such can give you control over your gambling , true. But the issue is you have to quit gambling also, if someone do activities like that and gamble to, tough to imagine him leaving gambling habits.

It is not "cash" if it is still in the casino database. I wonder how addicted gamblers can be blind because of numbers on their screen.
Gambling is also a nice way to lose money too. Cash out as soon as possible after you won. Just an advice.

If you don't allow gambling to rule your world it's actually a pretty entertaining pastime if you play recreationally. Remember if you treat it like a hobby and not a job you can have fun while winning money. For example I have a little amount of money set aside for sportsbetting every week. My quality of life will not change if I lose it but I may have some fun and win a couple of drinks or some movie tickets for next Friday night blockbuster Wink
