I always make an advice to friends that gambling is not the best solution to solve our financial leads. The fact is, yes some people get lucky and win big amount of money but they are really just few of them considering the fact that there is housed edge advantage. Not to mention also that even when people are winning already, they tend not to stop playing because of their greed that they want to earn more but end up losing it all.

It is true and it is the worst time to gamble or try gambling at all. There is the soberness of mind that can make a person take wrong decisions and they may do wrong things which they should not have done. It is addicting because there are things that everyone wants but no one can get easily - easy money and the thrill of earning it. But in reality it only leads to losses.

That is called "chasing losses." This is one of the worst things you could do as a gambler. Gamblers that are addicted are prone to this and they always think that they will profit after they deposit more money. That thinking that they will get back their losses gets them deeper into their addiction. Which is a bad thing for gamblers to even be in. I would advise anyone that they should just let the losses go and move on.

It is pretty much like a lure that will keep on luring people however with some determination you will be able to snap out of it . We have once a newbie in our gambling life. Yes, we have tasted "beginner's luck" and we feel all good about it. But once we experienced losing streak, the more we are suckered into it. But once we matured, I think we should at least learn when to stop and quit the game. This should be the no. 1 lessons that everybody should learn as we journey in our gambling careers.

Yes, We try very hard to win back the money that we have lost, but eventually we all end up losing more than recovering it. Feels very frustrated most of the time. And now we think on our next strategy if we ever get money again to play at the casino. Its a vicious cycle that only you, yourself can stop it and learn how to control your emotions.

It is the entertainment and the chance to win that makes gambling addicted. These are the reason why people go to gambling casinos and play there. They first tend to unwind but then, they get hooked and unable to control the urge to play because of several reasons. Plus there is this hormone that makes people long for more entertainment and thrill like what gambling brings to us. With this people get hooked and eventually lose control and become addicted to gambling.

Because this will be very difficult if there is no confidence and a strong desire.

Anyone can quit gambling if they have to determination to quit and if they genuinely understand the risks associated with long term gambling. There are losses and more losses and debts that a person is unable to repay back. They lose their families and sometime their own lives. If someone understand this and thinks that they can and should quit then they definitely will be able to.

It is hard to stop not that it is impossible to stop. Few of my addicted friends has totally stop gambling but for me it is very hard to stop. That is why I only play with a small amount recently so that even If I keep on playing then I wont be losing alot of money. This is the best way for me to keep playing because of my addiction

They understood the problem in gambling that is why they stop immediately. And I think they can control their emotions easily, so they come out from gambling addiction. In your case, you can not control your emotions, so it becomes hard to stop gambling. But what you are doing it is a good way to stop gambling. Playing with a small amount is good and also try to reduce your play time one day you will stop completely.

i think to stop gambling its really difficult as we know if someone have been addicted in gambling, that person will need to quit as soon as possible and he will need helping from other people. if he is success to stop for first time, i think in the other day, he can stop too but he need to remember that playing gambling can make him to be an addicting person in gambling.

And for those old time gamblers and keeps on gambling up til' now thinks that they can just recover it easily. Like starting to dice for $5 and will roll again the dice for $10, doubling the amount they lose. The famous martingale strategy is what makes them more addicted because the money was fast although losing is fast too.

Yes, from the start, people are addicted to gambling because they are trying to gamble. Then they continue to gamble until addiction. I guess the same if we want to stop gambling, we should try to stop gambling. And most importantly do not give up, because it's just about time.
