I think that NEO will begin to grow actively in late 2018. This is a strong coin and it needs time to significantly increase in price. I believe in this project.
It is good time to invest into NEO, there is no reason for it to kick off, I think it will go up soon, the same as others coins. Yet, there is also chance that it will not go up immediately
I think that the peak of growth of NEO will be in 2019. But this year NEO will show excellent growth. NEO is a strong project and in order to succeed the development team needs time.
