That's how greedy a human can be,
In part of scammers they will keep building new set of attracting offers which can directly affects the thinking of the investors. They are good in this aspects as they keep practicing the effectiveness of this tricks before completely exposing it to their plan targets.
In part of investors, they have been falling to this idea several times but never learned and still keeps trying to find their luck in hope to change their life in quick and easy ways.

That is exactly the point people forget to equate with when it comes to money scams.

It is not crypto, it is not the internet, that breeds scammers. Scammers are finding all kinds of ways to trick you, and it does not matter what the market is, it is in the end greed that makes people fall for scams. USD or bitcoin, crypto exchange or forex platform, all of it is the same in the scammer's eyes.

Agree, when people want to make a big profit in a fast time, then people tend not to be able to think rationally so they will be able to get scam. In my opinion, making a profit in any market requires time, including in the cryptocurrency market

For those who wanted to have instant money then they are risking their money too, there is nothing in this world as instant, hope people would realize that, that there is no guarantee in everything, those who are promising high returns are 99% scams, if they are legit one, they would say that they can't assure and guarantee how much profit you can earn or if there is.

Because most people are dumb sheep. That's right! I've been working with clients and sometimes there's a big sign telling them where something is and they still come to you asking about it. You can keep telling people that someone who offers them 300% profit a year has to be a scammer because nobody can promise to double or triple your investment in a year.

The more they promise the more risky is their business plan. Some will tell you they're starting a casino or a mining company and really they want to borrow money for gambling or trading.

of course the main factor is greed, to get a lot of profit, from projects that look promising when in fact we will be fooled. (always happen)
No knowledge about the project, most people only take points from a project, for example what is this project and the total supply and the price of the token sale and finally many people just follow the hype. (once again we've be fooled).
now many projects are increasingly difficult to distinguish, which are legit and which are scams, all seem similar.

I have always known the greedy people to get scammed easily. Like you also said, trust can also make people be scammed. For instance, failed trusts. We have seen cases of deals between trusted clients. In the end, one party tend to scam the other. This is often pathetic though

There are just too many scam projects out there. some are too good to be a scam.
If you look at some projects they look too good to be a scam but they'll end up scamming people by the end of the day e.g. envion ICO (envion.org)

It's not about fast profit but remember so many people are still lack of education about how to know which is a scam coin. Education is needed but some newbies are still following the trend and they are investing based on the trend of crypto. yeah I totally agree with your point of view, I've been like that a few times and I feel like we always need trustworthy people to learn about good and bad projects. But the good thing is that when you are scammed, the next time you will have more experience and be more careful when making your decisions.

This scam is not about the ICO but let's include it as it is also a type of scam.

1. Phishing site - It copies websites like mew, gmail and many more. Hackers have different ways we can fall into their trap.

1.1 Email, They will send you an email that you have received crypto currency on an exchange platform, And it will direct you to their fake exchange to see if what they are saying is true.

1.2 They will send you an email encouraging you to join the airdrop where they will ask you many questions until you realize that your private keys are being asked.

I suggest you stop talking about ICO because it seems like it's not already existing in the crypto space now, what I mean is they are slowly losing popularity and they are not raising enough funds anymore.

IEO is what people like now but since this market is not free from any risk, there are still a possibility that we may loss our investment here.
By educating ourselves that's the most important thing to do, everyone of us here are just self educating ourselves because that's our only friend for us to be safe when it comes to investing in crypto.
