I think the media is just part of the way marketing to improve the rating with the news they put forward. even more so if the media carries messages from several sources that are robust in the world economy. yes, I do not think the media always cornered bitcoin. it depends on your perception to deepen it.

Bitcoin media is negative because they get infos at Google and they do not know about blockchain technology. Actually the media has a vast power to make any thing right or wrong, But in the matter of bitcoin their character is suspicious. They were just basing reports on what people says but of course they will not go deeply to understand its process because they arent experts.
