Mostly media are controlled by goverment people in which they can't add taxes to it. that is why they make fake news about bitcoin. And yet bitcoin is not a scam rather the person who uses it to victimize the innocent.
Most people do not understand how bitcoin works, including the media. If you come to accept the benefits of bitcoin and how it is able to liberate people financially, you will begin to appreciate this invention. It is usual to see people oppose bitcoin; I bet paper money mist have faced similar problems on the verge of it's invention. People find it easy to embrace groundbreaking inventions especially when they feel uncomfortable to adjust. With time people will come to terms with bitcoin.

most times those who work with the media do not have sufficient information about Bitcoin so they give out what they feel and think they know about Bitcoin that is giving negative impression about Bitcoin also they could have been paid to do such we just can't tell.
Some media houses through banks give bitcoins negativity in order to let the people lose interest in blockchian technology and cryptocurrency trading in general. The wait for news that bring the name to bad light.
I think Media are being paid for that. The government controls the media. I notice that, everytime Bitcoin's price falls, it's because of the government and the media. it may be the media that bitcoin is bad, but basically the bitcoin is not so bad, just the risk we have to take. so before trying it do not think negative first.
Its because the mainstream media is just seeing the negative side of bitcoin. If they will be properly oriented on what this technology is all about, they might probably change their mind. There ia no denying that one of the main factor why people are not getting engage with it is because they feel like bitcoin is all about scams and illegal activity. Lets be hopeful that the real idea behind bitcoin will be revealed by the mainstream media.
