In my opinion, btc is more convenient for playing gambling because we don't need to bring money with our pocket, it is easy to use it with our phones and it is not taxable. Unlike with fiat, casinos those are using fiat are taxable we cannot take all our winnings at home because of those taxes.

Conveniency and of course we want to experience a new environment using cryptocurrency. You cannot force anyone to stay on casinos forever people wants new things and gamblers are ready to take the risk just to have a good experience, its its really fun.

The main purpose for some people who use crypto to play casino is they don't need to out of the house to play with. Just stay in home without hustle and anything that will interfere when he is playing. Althought this is depend on someone type, if he like a hustle to build his passion and showed his expertise when playing casino. Regulated means you need to pay taxes as well for your winnings so you are not going to get all the rewards if you win in fiat but in crypto you can take away all the money for yourself.in cryptos , we arent paying taxes but we are paying transaction fees and other service charges which can be more expensive than a regular tax or vat . though crypto gambling is still the best choice because it is online which means we can play on any device or on any places we are . fiats cant also be used online and fiat related payment methods like credit cards , paypal , bank wire , etc , are too much hassel and not all can people can possibly use them .

In most of the countries you may need to pay upto 20% taxes when we compare with that the transaction fee is nothing and its just under a buck now.

You say that it's not offering anonymity but you were wrong with that thing. It's one reason why most crypto gamblers are staying, they offer no registration and you're free to hide your information and you can even cashout without discussing your info. 
One reason is anonymity for sure. We want to remain anonymous when we gamble because more money that we win = more risk of your life. Second is the we can gamble even though we are not going outside of our house. I have tried gambling using crypto and using fiat and I can say that using crypto is better for me because I don't go outside of our house just to gamble. using crypto to gamble in any gambling sites out there is muh better than making a gamble with fiat because in crypto the odds were much better and somehow theres no need to get identified. Im still recommending crypto over fiat in betting.
I gamble with crypto & in normal fiat bookies also. I don’t have a preference really although I probably gamble with fiat more often.

At least you need to go first to the casino physically to apply all of those convenience that you mentioned.

Just like what others have said, it has something to do with KYC. There are crypto related casino who don't require you to pass any info to be able to withdraw. And there are casino's which offer good bonuses and other incentives which a traditional fiat casino doesn't offer to its customers.
Its not that difficult to identify someone through their bitcoin transactions. Unless they are very careful with mixers and swapping for other coins they can have their identity pinned. Most people really don't care about privacy anyways and the statistics prove this.

Hey while fiat casinos are regulated that’s true, but you’ll be surprised to know many online casinos these days have licenses too which makes them reliable. I’ll agree some casinos these days do ask for KYC, but that doesn’t mean all online casinos ask for it. The major differences for me are I can play from the comfort of my couch, there’re various games to choose from, and most importantly if I win I know I’ll get paid and the house won’t steal from me.

Gambling on our place is illegal because there's a police that roving all the time . so i have no choice , i can only play gambling peacefully thru online using cryptos . crypto as a medium for gambling is beneficial because i can obtain cryptos for free and that means i can play gambling without cashing in my own cash . this idea is not possible when i gamble with fiat .
