yes as you stated it people will do scam depending on their ideals. Some ideals are too high that even if they receive such money for themselves they will try to steal some more unlike those beggars or poor enough that only ask for their needs especially for food. Now talking about those greedy people are likely to be found in the government.What am i trying to imply are those politicians. They are worse than scam, theif and a murderer the future of younger generations. They always try make themselves look good in the public figure but dee p inside these politicians aare vicious for money and power. Though not all of them but most of them. How i wish they will be put in jail.
It's like saying why do people rob and steal. Cyber scamming is really no different than breaking into a person's home and stealing money out of their purse or stealing clothes from a store. It's theft and this person is a thief and a criminal. If you really got played then call the police just like you would do if someone broke into your home and stole your money. Print out copies of every email you have from the other person with "full headers" so the IP address is visible.

It's easy and fast way to get money or something else that can't be sold. Scammers have no idea how to work so using other ways of recinving profit.
Scamming is for lazy people who aren't willing to work hard and earl what they want, they instead settle for an easier way of doing things which is swindling others of their hard earned currencies.

People scam other people for easy money. They will talk in a convincing way for you to invest something specially money. They are so expert in convincing people even without knowing what the real deal was all about. After that they will leave you getting all of your assets.
Your title is a little bit misleading but to answer that, my side is, people scam other people because they don't want to work hard to earn money for themselves. They just want to get an easy money that is why they are doing everything to get the better of other people. To answer your OP, I've seen a lot of those people who begs for money but as I see them, they are perfectly fit and I'm sure they will be able to find a decent job if they put effort into it. It is also the reason why others don't just give money to them if they see someone with a good health and able to work body.

I think people are scam because they do not have enough knowledge about the project that they are investing money and do not give a little time to read or check the background of the project. so we are not deceived
People scam because they are too desperate of having what they do not have and they end up in stealing others valuables for them to satisfy their needs. It is also because of the selfishness of their hearts that provokes them to fool other people.
No matter how nice the word scam sounds like it is still stealing. I believed this is one of the vices engaged in my this generation. Everyone one to be rich but none want to work hard.

The answer is simple. It is the easiest way to earn money. You just need some tools to hack into someones account and take everything you can get. Some people enjoyed scamming people. They felt superior and untouchable whenever they have a successful mission. If only they can do good things, they can be huge help to the society. Its just that they also felt that no one accepted them so they preferred to hide and do such things.
