I agree, that if you have the opportunity, why not help the person in need. But nowadays, most people, who don't have any problems, just see the potential in begging, and because of the large number of cases, when people helped and later were scammed, our society has changed view on this. Ask yourself, how many of people with disabilities, who beg on the street, really disabled, I even heard somewhere, that begging brings the average income and people use begging as an kind of job.
Scammers always trying to get profit like everyone but their way is just different. Scammers making people become more attentive and smart to prevent sad stuff.

People have different reasons to do the scamming, some do it for the purpose of getting the easy and swift success but what they don’t know is that this is just timely success and they are the ones who are going to loose in the longer run. If we use our minds and study the market closely, then we will be able to find some really good opportunities which can take us to the success in comparatively less time, but for that we will have to put our efforts.

The reason why people are scamming other people is that, they are lazy to work hard. There is no free in this world and everything you want to get should be made by hard work and effort and you are very lucky to know this forum because you can get rich by working here.
Lying and cheating violate the principles of honesty, justice, fairness, and kindness. They also violate the principle of freedom of man, because he who lies and deceives will gain illegitimate freedom, which will set him up and deprive others of his freedom and make him a victim. Fraud and deception and disenfranchisement, resulting in distrust in interpersonal relationships. A liar is always trying to gain an unfair advantage by dishonest means. In order to maintain a lie, he needs to constantly create new ones. This must harm social justice and justice. The universal lies also lead to moral degeneration and decay of the whole society.
It is difficult to say...many now think only about themselves, probably it depends on education and relationships in the family....Recently, people have become very cruel...
Scamming, stealing and robbing theres no excuse for that, if you are poor and starve to death you are the only one to blame. Theres so many people who work hard, study, build plans for the future and tighten their belts during hard times, their situation is no different from those who choose the criminal life.

only people who have dirty minds do that, they do not want to try to work properly, take advantage of the hard work of people. People scam cause it is the fastest and the easiest way to just earn something without doing any work, that is way it has so many followers and this number is still increasing.
Keep your personal details secure. Put a lock on your mailbox and shred your bills and other important documents before throwing them out. Keep your passwords and pin numbers in a safe place. Be very careful about how much personal information you share on social media sites. Scammers can use your information and pictures to create a fake identity or to target you with a scam.
People cheat understand why, easy money and unwillingness to make efforts to earn them. Generally it's laziness, and money all you want.

There are people who scams because they don't know to work or they are just bored on working in short they want money by just doing nothing. Avoiding scams if preferred to be safe. To avoid scams you should be alert or ready for what will happen. In someway avoiding links with malware is safe.

People scam because they cannot think of any other way to earn money. All they think about is earning easy money. We must not judge all people who scam because there might be an acceptable reason why do they do such things. But sometimes there are some people scam because of their greed of money. They do not think the situation of the person they will victim.
In any other way it is not acceptable to scam whether your intention or your purpose is good or not.

I think some people do scam because they tend to be lazy to find job. I know every person has ability to find or to look a job but since not everyone has enough knowledge to or their qualification is not suited on what jobs they want to have as simple as scamming is a easy way to earn money. No need to invest energy, time and money just to earn.

To cheat in this market, they have to be really good. To build an ICO project and to fool people into investing is not easy, they have worked so hard on their projects that they are fooling everyone. So I do not think they are lazy to work, so they go to scam people. They go scam for the profit this market brings is too great. And they cheat in this market they are hardly prosecuted by law.
