Well, the reason why people scam is because they knew that they can easily get profit from people without having investments and also they knew that they can scam people's money in some way.
People who scam are lazy to get the items to them self,or they just think scamming will you get to be rich. Which is bid False.
Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.

Simple, They just want to get an easy way of earning money. Cheating and stealing are part of our human nature. We do have a devil inside of us and we are fond of taking advantage to those people who we know are vulnerable. Scamming has been around in any type of industry, and we can't contaminate those people as they can easily jump from industry to another. Some people tend to scam due to influence of other people, urgency and etc.
I absolutely aggree with this. We can't avoid scammers in this society. They are everywhere and they scam because just like as you said to get easy money. Even we can be a scammers if we have an opportunity to scam but some people just choose not to.

Scammers have different reason why do they scam people. Hence, there's no really a particular answer to that. However, one of the possible reason I could think why they indulge in this kind of act is because of their greediness and jealousy.
Nowadays people scam because they want an easy money they do not want to get a job maybe because its really hard to find. They think that scamming is very easy they do not know the consequenses befor doing that. Be careful in making transaction with other people who u dont know yet.
When there's a way to make money people will do it.
There are so many poor people in this world, who cheat people to do it because it is the easiest way for them to earn money
Because they havent got any brains for doing something useful in their life. So they are not burdened by the intellect and the desire to create something really cool.
To this regard from your submission, those spending lots of $ on pets or other things have passion for what they are doing, and they are capable in their own capacity to do such. They may not help Beggars thinking they will be like pest on their plants. They may not be thinking that life is not so simple and easy for every one like that safe the privileged ones. But I feel if one has any capacity to assist or raise the standard of living of beggars, not with money alone, but skill acquisition too within ones rich but for serious minded ones among them, the better the world becomes.
People cheat for only one reason, because they do not want to work, but only for free! It's very sad, so to live your life prikhenyaya suffering to others, you're not a man and a parasite, from you one solid pain and disappointment
When somebody became helpless, they have not work to do, no job, not any earning way and in this situation nobody has helped them, then they scam. Because they all know there situation and wants to self-depended. They start scamming. They want to stand his/ her own feet. Sometimes lazy peoples do not want to do a physical work or white collar job but want to earn money in very short time, scamming is the perfect way for them
Some people result to scamming people because of the prevailing unsuitable situation of their country, where good jobs are hard to come by, even as graduates in their fields of specialization, and the jobs that are available are not ready to pay good salaries and remunerations expected of them, finding ways to cheat their employers. When all these situation now became frustrating to some of them, they result to scamming forgetting that there's nothing in this world without rewards, where they should have for example learn and improve their skills on tokens/coins acquisition rather than scamming techniques. The so called beggars can be thought how to fish in our own capacity rather than in most cases give them fishes to eat.
If you give people money they will come back but there are millions of ways to make them not coming by for example giving throughout an organization, but the real problem is this greed and people don`t know when it is enough for them. Because of this I can confidently say that scam practices is an attitude choosen by a person as a response to the situation he/she is facing. And we can not blame a person sometimes if he/she can not offers some help to this kind of person because of thinking about the negative outcome coming from this so called needy person. So meaning no one is responsible the burden for this problem but not unless if a person is really know the real situation of the one who is in need situation.
