there are many factors why someone does a scam, one of them is because of economic factors, they do it because they want to get money quickly
The underlying economic difference is that people are reluctant to give money to the poor because they see the level of one's wealth, but it is not wrong to help a hungry person just by giving money. But if we give them automatic money they will be lazy to find a decent job
People scam because of puberty specially some filipinos online scammers change their games. ... Natural disasters are powerful tools for scammers because they attract sympathy and people looking to help. 
People scam because of financial problems but what is the saddest part is the scammers victim is only an ordinary being ,working hard to earn bitcoin for thier family and these scammers will only steal all thier hardwork.so sad.
Regardless the the vicious circle of wealth distribution scamming can never be justified.

The main reason why people and/or fall for scam is "GREED" but there are all kinds of scam out there that have nothing to do with greed on the consumers side. and most if not all of them have one thing in common. A contract. so the second most common reason for falling for a scam would have to be not understanding or taking the time to read what your signing. there was a time when consumers could feel comfortable signing a contract, but those days are gone. because of "GREEDY- AMORAL people. so technically "GREED" is always going to be part of a scam.

Some people are out to get as much money from people without doing any work or providing a product. I have been ripped off several times. It makes it hard to trust anyone or to take a chance on anything. I think with the worsening economy that it is going to get worse.

You have a point, but I think getting a job is very possible for everyone if he/she are determined to find a job. Being a poor is not a hindrance to success. We all know that being a poor is a very hard situation but if we make it as an inspiration, then it is not impossible for us to be successfull in life. Why do people Scam?
There are a lot of reasons why do people scam. One of the reason is they just want an easy money. Second is because of insecurity for those who had a lot of money. A man/woman is deserving of their wealth if he/she is doing hardwork just to have it.

People don't trust strangers, they won't help you unless they know you. People can look for a job but dogs, cats and other pets cannot look for a job to earn.

Poverty in not a hindrance to succeed. There are a lot of things that we can do in order for us to make a better living. Some people do this kind of trick not because they are not capable of finding a decent job, but they just dont have the will to make a hard earn money. They want something that is instant. Always remember earning something from your perseverance and hardwork is a great achievement given to yourself. People do scam because they have no jobs and no family members are going to help them. some want an easy money. they are lazy and do not want to work harder in life. they are mostly uneducated and do not respect people.
Some people scam because they simply want the easy way, they think life is just about money and all just material happiness. They don't care no matter how they step on each other a long as they get what they want. Yes life is unfair and we need to live with it, but that doesn't mean doing bad actions is the way to go. For me I simply live a simple way of standards but I do still reward myself sometimes.
To be able to scam and fraud someone is not really a herculean task these days. People seem to find ways to find a hole in the system and no matter how hard we strengthen our security measures these scammers seem to always be a step ahead. As for myself, I do take extra precautions when doing transactions online. I'll do a lot of research first and ask a couple of questions before I do the final click.

There are so many poor people in this world, who cheat people to do it because it is the easiest way for them to earn money
Based on my opinion people scam because they want to have a easy money, and for me people scam because they know that there are many newbie here in crypto world that can be scammed easily and lastly people scan because they are bad person they do not want to work hard to earn money.

Getting a job is not easy at all, worse at if you don't have a degree or enough education from schools. I think why people scam is because they don't getting enough, enough money and enough things to buy with money and so they are scamming. I've been scammed multiple times and i can say that its really embarassing being fooled by non-educated persons or groups with their deceiving words and sites. poor people are poor because they can not deceive people, the majority of they are good peoples..
