Because people think always rationally... They want to maximize their advantage and trying to minimize their possible losses... It is not a good habit to scam people just to earn money... They didn't realize that even they have an easy money still it will easily gone because they didn't earn it in a good way... Those person who made this as their habits should be in prison because that's unfair...
Because the world is unfair to most people specially to those who are in need of money the most. They want to easy money to have their own or to buy those things that they want , or that they haven't yet. Most people are greedy specially those who are more in their lives. The rich , they more money but they wants more money. Scamming is just ordinary this nowadays because of the greediness of most people.
Maybe because they are not contented of what they have. They want to earn money instantly without working too hard. They are not concerned about what may happen to other people and they are just concerned on themselves.

It becomes really hard to distinguish where a good and bad project is because of such people. I believe that those guys are not at all scammers. So why do you think people don't want to earn money fairly? That is what our society needs. How do you think, will we ever see a world where all people are honest and fair?

Well we live in on a unfair society , imagine this or take a look on this you strive enough just to earn money and some are just cheating to have an passive income. But karma is real right, anyway regarding to the topic I think they scam because they wanted to have an easy money or income , they don't want to do this , do that , because of one thing , and that's laziness.
Why did people start planting viruses while there was no real benefit there (there was even no internet at that time)?

People are getting greeder and greeder. All they want is money. They will do everything to get money the fastest way they can. They will swallow their pride and principles in exchange for money. People think that they are powerful if they are wealthy. In just a snap of their finger, they can get whatever they want and even who they want. Humans has nowadays has no fear for God. Some are willing to give their soul to satan in exchange of wealth, fame and power. There is no assurance that people will change their bad habit unless they repent and turn to God.
this is the result of the difficulty of getting a job that can generate money. and in the end they have intentions for how to get money easily. it is also supported by the emergence of some people who want something with an instan.jadi if these two individuals meet, then it is not impossible that the action of fraud occurred.
It's much more easier to work unfairly. That's why people become scammers.
Isn't that how our society really works nowadays? Sarcasm aside... We are living in a fast-paced world where everything change in an instant, and there is no easier way than to scam others in order for those scammers to cope up with the change that they are so afraid about, which led them no options but to take advantage of others.
People became a slave when it comes to money. No matter what the consequences are, they will risk their lives just to have all the money in the world which prove the sayings.. Money is the root of all evils..
sometimes it seems that people stop thinking...that it seems to them that they have the right to deceive, not to think about the futur and the consequences and everything should remain, as it was...these are strange and unreasonable judgments that I observe in some people..it's better to protect yourself from such persons
It would be nice to see a world where people display their inherent goodness. But in a world where greed rules I doubt we would see it anytime soon. So the balance has to be made in order to survive and part of that is education to look out for those that would scam.
People will get scam if and only if they will study the move they will do , but people are grabbing those easy money that are to goodd to be true theyy are just blind of something but focusing on earning which is impossible to wake up after a day and you wil earn so big in a promise of making you rich, people get scammed because they let their guards down!
In our generation by now, I should say there's a lot of people are easy to trust by someone , easy to believe .so that the scammer victims specifically if they know that you are rich person .In other situation people must know first the person before she/he trust them.
In my openion. Why people behaving unfairly because now a days people are living in unfair world.we know the nature of human is liar people can lie and scam other people to live and have a easy money like in our government. Too many liar and corrupt people in government

The HYIPs are very common these days, scammers wind up the money shut down the project and start a new project scam again. In short they dont want to work hard to earn and use the short cut to success 
Men, it is proved that each of us tells lies at least 10 times a day. Some people simply become so great liers that they scam people in everything, and stealing their money becomes the main goal.
money is real. life itself. unfortunately like this. No money or no bread. no water. Everything is bought with money. Hard to live without money. and the world is changing. There is so much beauty. It is so bad to look at these beautiful things from afar. If you do not have money, you will always be a person who looks away from you. this is bad. frustrations.
people dont wanna put efforts that's why they do it. they are just lazy and egoistic that's why they do it. that's one of the main problems in our society. everyone wants to make easy buck
laziness is one of the reason why some people into scamming..they dont one to get soiled then have a little amount of money...second is they are greedy and dont have guilt..they victimes a person wither that person are really in need too
Most of people now days want to get much money instantly, they don't ever think the quality of money or something else they get. On their mind is only the amount of the money, they never think or even never care about how the ways they get the money. They do not want to earn money fairly, because they think that earn money fairly will not get money and need long term. They do such as scaming, stole, or even corruption. It would be beautiful life without scaming and etc.
Money makes people greedy. People lose their altruism and ethics when they become greedy.
