Thats the fact, you will find this case in everywhere.that i known they are not find money but their find satisfed from it.

Because a those people are lazy and don't want to work to earn the money fair like everybody else does. These people have no dignity and don't care about anything else except themselves. Such people should be seperated from everyone else.

Problems like this often happen, even almost every day we all experience it. If I do not think we should quickly assume the scam before the project that has not paid our work, many factors that cause bounty late paid, one of which is checking the list bounty we do, they check in detail to avoid mistakes in checking so that all participate in the bounty is satisfied with the results, it takes a very long time in checking. Double check again so there is no wrong in the calculation of stakes, when checking requires patience to see one by one account that participate in bounty. Indeed most of us can not wait to receive tokens from the bounty, let the manager and his team to check regularly. Try to imagine the number of participants bounty around 1,000 - 3,000 people, the manager and his team there are only about 5-10 people may be less than 10 people. To check each participant approximately how long it takes. Later when done we can all see it in the spreadsheet, and if there is a mistake of course given time to do complain 3-7 days before distributed. Beginning I followed bounty also often feel kesel why long bounty distribution, but long time ago I began to understand that their work is not easy as we imagine. It can take hours per day to check spreadsheets.

Some people don't feel that they win if someone else doesn't lose. They are the scum of mankind.

Isn't that how our society really works nowadays? Sarcasm aside... We are living in a fast-paced world where everything change in an instant, and there is no easier way than to scam others in order for those scammers to cope up with the change that they are so afraid about, which led them no options but to take advantage of others.

Scam is everywhere and it's unfair. All we can do is to trust only our eyes and ears and don't pay attention to anonymous comments.

Just like theives . They are the scums of society who failed to do anything useful in their life.and so they relay on others acheivments and work. No matter how much you tell them that they are doing something bad . They won't  care because all they care about is making more money as if that is going to make them any better people.

It's much more easier to work unfairly. That's why people become scammers.

Now no one wants to work fairly. Too many ways to get money faster if you're scammer.. It's sad but it's true. 

The number one reason is that they are lazy. They are not ready to do the hard work, and therefore they are always looking for the shortcuts to get money easily. The second reason is that they don't have any morals or ethics. They don't feel bad in stealing someone else's money. It may be genetic, or problem with the upbringing.

exactly. scammers don't know who they scam. it can be someone who is in a way worse situation than him.

Scam is now rampant in the world we live today. They believe its the only way to make it.

Scammers are everywhere.they always want easy money.they dont think how others work hard to earn money and that scamers only want to earn without any effort or hare work.thats why now its really hard to trust to anyone.

because they are too stupid to realise they can make much more money in the long term being legit and building a good reputation doing business the right way

Because people now a days are so irresponsible in their lives .They don't want to have a work or see a job for them to have money or salary .They want a easy life and money for them to buy their needs and support their family but they don't know that the person that they scammed is the person who make his day tired just to have that money .

Because the world is unfair to most people specially to those who are in need of money the most. They want to easy money to have their own or to buy those things that they want , or that they haven't yet. Most people are greedy specially those who are more in their lives. The rich , they more money but they wants more money. Scamming is just ordinary this nowadays because of the greediness of most people.

In my openion. Why people behaving unfairly because now a days people are living in unfair world.we know the nature of human is liar  people can lie and scam other people  to live and have a easy money like in our government. Too many liar and corrupt people in government

What you are describing as a scam feels more like a blackmail to me than scam. Early I wamted explain why people get involve in scam and normally is as a result of demands from the scammed and the scammer. Scammers feed on peoples conscious and try to give you what you need. But paying people for a good review is upsetting as well. ICOs are now yielding negtive returns and they does no good to much of investers so people demanding to be paid for good reviews has both edges of the dagger.

It would be nice to see a world where people display their inherent goodness. But in a world where greed rules I doubt we would see it anytime soon. So the balance has to be made in order to survive and part of that is education to look out for those that would scam.

It becomes really hard to distinguish where a good and bad project is because of such people. I believe that those guys are not at all scammers. So why do you think people don't want to earn money fairly? That is what our society needs. How do you think, will we ever see a world where all people are honest and fair?
