I bet sports for a few different reasons.  First off I am a huge sports fan, and so I know the games pretty well which I bet on.  I mainly bet on NFL football because that's my favorite sport/the sport I'm most knowledgeable about.  I feel that I've got a better shot betting sports than playing most casino games.  I also don't trust the outcomes of a lot of casino games if I'm being honest.  With sports, the outcome is clear and there's no cheating the gambling house can do.

Let's just say sportsbetting is favored by many gamblers especially those who are basically into sports however we have our own preferences wherein some people are just not into it. Sportsbetting cannot be the future of gambling simply because there are other categories favored by other players, sportsbetting will never be exclusive. But for us who are fond of it, we tend to enjoy it more than others and same thing on how they view slots, card games, roulettes, and other gambling games. But I agree, one factor which made me engage with sportsbetting is risk management through analysis of matches, which for some lowers the difficulty of coming up with a winning bet.

Not just winning in secrets but also winning in real-time which has made them to choose sports over other games,  most time a lot depends on the ability of the gambler to predict the outcome of the matches or games and that will reduce their chances of losing or increase the chances of winning,  just like Gozie51 said,  a lot of us here win regularly on sports bets and this makes the bets to become our favourite at all time.

Most time before you win on in house games,  you may have lost a lost a lot of time before and this is mostly predictable and avoided in sports bets because gamblers have the chance to analyze the games.

I think sports betting are the future of gambling. When it comes to sports, there is a higher chance we can predict which team or player might win based on their previous match history or their season history. But we cannot do this on online gambling games. These games are totally random. There is no way, no secret formula, or no magic words that can ensure the winnings. These games are totally won based on luck. But if you were a sports fan, you would find it easy to predict the winning teams. It would be an advantage of yours.

I think sports betting has the perfect combination of combining sports and gambling into one match. But in all honesty, watching with the thrill of winning money is like the ultimate adrenaline that a person may feel while trying this kind of activity.

On a more technical side, sports betting can be quite profitable if a gambler knows his information around the said sport. If he/she has the information about a certain team and its matchups, then you can somehow turn the tide in to your favour and speculate accurately.


As a general rule, gambling in the long run is not a good idea. The odds are proven to be on the side of the house since statistics provide that 51% of the time that the house would win.

I think the data/science speaks for itself- gambling in the long run is not recommended. To maximize your winnings, cash out it as soon as possible and avoid making it a habit.

I personally feel like sports betting is more trustworthy than other forms of online gambling. Sure, some games are probably fair but I feel like there’s always that feeling in the back of your head that things might not always be on the up and up. With sports gambling the odds are there for you to see and it just seems like there’s no way to pull one over on you.

agreed.. I feel that there is big excitement in sport betting, because it's a gambling that contains a mix of skill and luck. It's an entertainment that can be enjoyed by people of any age and skill levels, especially from a sport you love the most. it provides many aspects that you can do to increase your chances of winning money. The more you know about the teams and players who are involved in a game, the better your chances of making accurate predictions. You find that not all bets are created the same. Some bets have bigger odds than others. You can do your research to find bets that offer the best rewards for your money.

Some people who love certain sport would think this is easier, but It takes time to be a successful sports gambler. You can't expect to win every bet, so then you need to keep learning and improving the skills. Sports betting can be a fun and profitable activity, but also You need to be aware that there are risks involved. If you want to put bets on sports, you need to do a research on the capability of the teams and players.

I have a personal theory, actually. I believe those who are more interested in gambling games which do not have anything to do with sports are people who grown up with little interest to sports in general and had other interests, like videogames, anime or anything. While those people who are more into sportbetting (instead of slots, plinko or crash) probably got interested in football, tennis, basketball or baseball since they were children and once they have become adults and got some money to spare then resort to find entertainment betting on their favorite disciplines.

It may be a flawed theory and there could be studies which debunk it, I have not actually checked.

Sports betting is good only if you take it as your passion because there is a probability of winning you need to be well organized in keeping records and this needs time and tremendous effort and it will take a lot of time before you make it almost perfect, and although you believe in your effort to analyze still you need to be in luck to win huge, sports betting is not for everyone you need to have passion for it because its hard to keep it up if your goal if you only want to make money you have to enjoy to reap the fruit.

But if you compare sport and casino odds, you will realize that casinos are better, but it is if you will not be addicted to the games that in short time it has finished and awarded the winners. If you will not be addicted, casinos are better.

People will have to choose what is common to them, what they have interest in and what they see is fast growing and easy to understand, all these were part of some of the reasons why many would have preferred sport bets, in sport bets, most of the games or matches are live and taking football game as an example, it's the most populous game ever, people understand it way of being played, they also would have in some occasions experienced playing soccer before, they can easily subscribe to any news updates on sport bets, so it's easy to play and understand.

I haves seen most people that win big in gambling was from sportbet. There is no manipulation on the matches and the strongest club most time wins the match. On casino games the house hedge is in control of the game. That is why most times the house hedge always win.

I find it easy to win sports betting than others games in the gambling center because, am use to the teams and their players and before I will bet, I will look into their previous game to know what will happen in the current game before making my final decision in that particular sports bet. Apart from sports betting, I will not spend my money on gambling because the sports betting has made me to budgeted $4 daily in my betting either win or lose, I will continue gambling because I know one day it will enter for me to make a big money from the sport betting to recover from the loss.

Not that people don't play other games, but the majority gamblers in the community are use to sports betting which is the source of some people income in this platform and, they have some experience that is helping them not to feel bad whenever they are experiencing losses in their bet.

I'm not a big fan of sports betting online but I used to bet on track on horse betting in our country and believe there's too much work and too much analysis to do, when I was into horse racing betting the internet was not yet popular and I don't have a computer to keep records of the performance of each horse, I'm doing it manually and there's too much effort, focus and time needed, now that we have a lot of tools to help us track our works I still feel that its not enough, sometimes luck is plays a major factor and its hard to hit a big jackpot.
And since gambling is not my bread and butter I prefer to play on luck based games, but maybe in the future I will have more time and go back to my old passion of betting in sports
