Bitcoin is Bitcoin, the other coins are most like shit ones. If you have still bought some reputed altcoins then you may got some profits or at least you should be able to recover your money, but you have put your money in a wrong altcoin and now all you can do is to wait to see what will happen during the intensity of this bull run.
