I did not find a single sufficiently advanced game on the blockchain, both in terms of technological execution they are inferior to all modern counterparts, and in terms of the domestic economy, which usually suffers in each game due to the huge number of multi accounts.

To avoid stress, it is necessary to see Trading as a business, not expect to have profits instantly, or quickly, also to think not about how much you will win but think about how much you are willing to lose, because that could be established goals.

And to avoid stress, it is necessary that you understand the market more, books help a lot, and especially in your operations, establish your Stop Loss and Take Profit in your trades, so that you are not all the time stuck to the graph, and if you have losses, you assume the same profits.
I don’t understand why, then, deal with cryptocurrency and trade it, if I look at my activities through the prism of how much money I can afford to lose.  Today I am in such a situation that I do not even have the minimum amount of funds that I can afford to lose, but nevertheless I allow myself to operate with an amount from 500 to 1000 dollars on the cryptocurrency market in order to earn income.  And this is not counting the investments that are in cold storage.

The main problem of trading its a constant stress for your nerves. Stress initiates a lot other health problems like headache, bad sleep, stomach problems and so on. You should to do anti stress therapy while trading long time otherwise you even can got a cancer after few years of trading. My doctor said that cancer is a consequence of long stress.  Embarrassed Always trade with amounts that don't make you feeling so stressed if you lost it.

Have you ever wondered that trading can be bad for your health?

The first problem you can have is - eyes problems. Spending more time in front of your computer can be harmful to your eyes.
The second - stress. Stress can cause many problems from high blood pressure to depression.

Here is my story...

This summer I went to a doctor with some health problems - I had an awful headache. Just to make picture clear - my headache was with me for 15-20 hours per day. So we did some tests showed that I had extremely high blood pressure.
“That’s odd” - I thought. I eat healthy food and I do sports.

I was confused. But the doctor said that it can happen because of stress. So I went to a psychologist to deal with this issue. We were talking about my life and interests. And I told her I trade… I believe I don’t need to continue this story lol

Since I trade a lot (I do. I could even tell this is an addiction). The doctor suggested me not to trade for about a week. That was impossible for me, but I tried. It was hard. It was more than hard. But in a couple of weeks, my headache disappeared.

I still trade but not as much as I used to. Now I practice blockchain games because it’s less stressful. Do I feel myself better? Yes. In July it was so painful so I thought that I will die. Now I don’t feel pain at all.

Conclusion:

I know it’s all individual. Some people trade days and night and they feel pretty good. I just told you my story with my experience. I don’t pursue anyone to stop trading. It’s just important for me to warn some people who can have the same problems.

Trading becomes unhealthy because you decide to be unhealthy, it depends on you if want trading to be healthy or unhealthy. It is all about discipline, if you don't have that, then your body would scream and will give you different problems like eye problems and so on. You could get an ulcer if you are not going to eat on time, high blood pressure or low blood pressure if you are not sleeping on time.

Also, it looks like you are just advertising that game that you have mentioned to gain some referrals, that makes your story unconvincing.

It is unhealthy if your time, effort and money will be wasted but if you become successful and earned much then the hardwork will not in vain. Too avoid too much exposure to your computer screen then live a life of moderation by avoiding the day trading and shift to simple trading then be contented with a healthy but simple earning too
I totally agreed with what you said because some people seem not to understand that every time is healthy for crypto investment while it's not for the trading cause there is time which they ought to skip trading cause spending much time on trading its never a good decision.

Concern the OP question, trading is healthy but just like gambling try and understand how to trade profitably.

I think new traders like me are almost inevitable about constantly trading. I know most of the newcomers go through this stage, if you make profits you continue to trade more, if you lose you trade more. This process will eliminate many traders who cannot stand the pressure.

Yeah. I noticed trading makes me nervous and I sleep less due to trading.
You know I am afraid that trading decrease my life age. What do you think about it?
It depends on how long you spend your time in trading. You don't really have to be active in trading 24/7. I suggest to focus on 1-2 pair of markets per day so that it won't be difficult for you to manage it. To lessen your time in trading, identify in when does the market's volume increases and  decreases per day. In this way, you can do other things such as your work and duties.

Right, time management and discipline. Trading will only become unhealthy or looks unhealthy for a person is when he's always paranoid that he will miss the spike of a coin or very emotional/greedy when on his trades. Just keep it cool and nobody can catch everything that is happenning and most of the time that will happen to you is when you sold is that when it did pump or when you bought is that when it dumps so it can be hard so always be mentally prepared.

It seems to me that any work that requires you to be near a computer monitor for a long time daily negatively affects the health of your eyes. Each of us chooses where he is better off working. Moreover, trading is not the most dangerous and harmful way to profit, because you need to remember the heavy industry, metallurgy, chemical industry and others.

Trading as well as other activities can adversely affect health if you do not devote time to it and go completely with his head, you need to periodically relax, draw conclusions, analyze and approach it seriously

The more time you devote to it, that is when it can affect you adversely.

What are you trying to say?

Trading is a tiring job especially if you are dealing with a volatile investments or assets the same as cryptocurrencies. Emotion can affect your daily trades and if it became worse, you might even fall into depression.

According to so many posts here it seems that many users have felt consequences of trading on their own skin.
The main problem with Bitcoin trading that might influence your health is stress. In some smaller amount it could be good and stimulate you but on longer term and if it's heavy it could really hurt you.
So, stress could be defined as a professional illness of many people involved in finances, including Bitcoin traders.
That is why one of the most important features for trader is to learn how to control emotions and level of stress.

Trading can become unhealthy if you are doing it for the wrong reason or for an unhealthy reason. Chasing after huge profits or unrealistic targets without preparation that things can turn south can be disastrous to the health. Force trading when you shouldn't trade at all can lead to stress. Trading under stress or duress, trying to recover your loss at all cost are unhealthy trading practices. Finally, it is important to have passion for what you do. You must enjoy trading and definitely makes you happy whether in good or bad times. Everything shouldn't be about money making or profit.

Trading only becomes unhealthy if you began experiencing losses but if you are having huge profits left and right and then trading will still give you a good sleep even if you are very active on checking the prices. So if for newbies, it is going to be very stressful because you are chasing the profits until you achieve it but in  the way, you will experiences some bad but also valuable lessons. Just don't forget to eat and socialize to minimize the stress.
It will really be a stressing thing because this do involves money and emotions will normally set in because we don't want to lose up money if we do then we do our best to
retrieve or take it back.In result we do able to strive out harder and even compromising our health which we do push up our limits without even thinking on what would possibly happen ahead and in the end if we do push it too hard then we might end up on spending our earnings on using it up on the hospital bills. We should make everything in balance
if we don't like for those things to happen. Social plus investments with proper maintain our health by means of exercising and proper nutrition then we can still able to continue on what we are doing.

Trading is unhealthy now because the price stays very long in their price now. Its really hard to trade now. I can't even move because the volatility of price now is not moving either. I can't earn and save this time of crisis in crypto.

That opinion varies from person to person.
Some people are there who really like these phase of crypto.
They like when the coins become stable so that they will gain stable income.
So according to them it's profitable and not healthy.
So this really varies person to person.
Hope you understands this.

Actually this is a very stressful job and it is not for many people! This is a form of work that only enthusiasts with numbers can match.
because one day your work always sees the numbers jump and the values always rise and fall sharply in just a few seconds.
Therefore, to become a professional trader, you must first train your spirit to become the spirit of steel.
