I think trading is unhealthy because it comes with a lot of stress, and stress could end in some diseases, the helplessness of seeing how your money goes down is the main reason because in that scenario we only have two options:

1.-Take our lost and quit
2.-Watch how the crash goes deeper.

Any excessive use of your body would lead to sickness, especially your eyes and brain, imagine, you're not moving for more than an hour, just your eyes and fingers, you just sit for long without stretching any muscles.

Your blood won't flow correctly if you continuously do that.

Well, we can say that it includes a bit of luck perhaps in trading, or should I say luck and good strategy. In trading it is very hard to determine when to buy coins because it is very unpredictable, we don't know when the price will decrease and when it will rise but I think we can base it on it's historical data and always check the price, you can use a price tracker for you to know the movement of the price so I think it's just a matter of knowing trading in a deeper sense because if you just trade with very limited knowledge on how trading really works then it will be very stressful. Trading is way complicated that you think so you have to study like everyday.

But to be better, you need to stop depending on luck.

You can say that it is somewhat connected to luck but you see, this is different from gambling. Gambling requires luck while investing and trading don't really require luck, in require knowledge, skills and good decision making also, experience. Yes, it is unpredictable but there are a lot of things you can put into consideration to make a prediction.

I have long understood that trading is not for me, there is a lot of stress, you are right. Because I trade only on large time frames, Bitcoin is growing, I buy pairs in USDT, if Bitcoin falls, I buy Bitcoin short.

Lol... No matter how you try to be smart in trading, you must be trapped. For example, no one knows when exactly is the time to buy bitcoin. Sometimes when you think is best to buy, after buying, it keeps going down. Grin

When you have the details of how exactly you enter into trades, you can then work on identifying when you should lock in profits or find that a trade is invalid. Trends and prices can move fast, and even a good analysis can turn out to be wrong, so having firm rules for exiting trades is a valuable tool for ensuring that your losses are never too damaging.

Have you ever wondered that trading can be bad for your health?

This summer I went to a doctor with some health problems - I had an awful headache. Just to make picture clear - my headache was with me for 15-20 hours per day. So we did some tests showed that I had extremely high blood pressure.
“That’s odd” - I thought. I eat healthy food and I do sports.

I was confused. But the doctor said that it can happen because of stress. So I went to a psychologist to deal with this issue. We were talking about my life and interests. And I told her I trade… I believe I don’t need to continue this story lol

Since I trade a lot (I do. I could even tell this is an addiction). The doctor suggested me not to trade for about a week. That was impossible for me, but I tried. It was hard. It was more than hard. But in a couple of weeks, my headache disappeared.

I still trade but not as much as I used to. Now I practice blockchain games because it’s less stressful. Do I feel myself better? Yes. In July it was so painful so I thought that I will die. Now I don’t feel pain at all.

Conclusion:

I know it’s all individual. Some people trade days and night and they feel pretty good. I just told you my story with my experience. I don’t pursue anyone to stop trading. It’s just important for me to warn some people who can have the same problems.

You know that you can still trade, but you must lessen your time in trading, use some bot to trade so that you will not use or look at your computer at 15 hours per day. I think your headaches come for astigmatism, 15 -20 hours per day is a very long time. But anyways good luck with your health and in trading.

Trading can become really negative for health, if a person is so immersed in it that he does not find time for walks, exercise, does not take breaks, it is necessary to create more comfortable conditions for this activity and be reasonable

The stress not solely coming from your activity in trading because because there are trading bots now that you can use to ease your job.
Big problem happens if you have no ability to control your emotion, it's unhealthy because you don't manage yourself well and that might cause your lack of sleep which would result to failure of your health. We need discipline in trading as well.

I think trading bots here are excluded because I believe the OP is not very interested in such bots. Actually, you cannot manage yourself when trading not only because of emotions but it is a must for traders. A trader must stare at the screen every day, every hour keeping the market movements in order not to lose.

If it is a matter of lack of sleep I think the OP does not manage the time as well as possible so that he is sick. I myself in trading have working hours with a little tolerance when trading, if it has passed work hours then I will continue the next day. This is a regular way of trading where you get profits and stay healthy.

Yes, indeed, constant trading can greatly affect human health. Problems can arise with both physical and psychological health. Not every person can properly organize themselves. In fact, any job can be unhealthy. The question here is to find the job that will be right for you.

if I conclude, you play trading for a day for more than 10 hours,
and trading style you use TF time 1-4 hours.
because if you play for a long period of time like playing on TF 1 day or 3 days then the time needed is not much, and I am sure trading also will not make us sick and not easily stressed.

Just like those who sit in front of computers at work during the day, the same precautions that they take is the same thing that would be advised here. Reduce th flare or brightness of the computer and if possible put a blue colored fin over the computer screen ans as much as possible, miv away from the screen at intervals.

your mood will always depend on the market and this is a very unpleasant moment
and no one knows how the market will behave in the near future

This is what we call controlling the emotions in trading. Market will not always move as we anticipate. We should be ready for opposite movement as per our expectations. If we trade keeping all these things in view, our mood will remain happy and we will be save from big loses too.

Trading is great, but you have to take care of yourself first. If you notice that trade as it is bad for your health, it is better to reduce the amount of time spent at the computer.

If trading hurts your psyche, then this profession is not for you. Unbalanced people can never take meaningful profitable actions. But this is the basis of successful trading.

It only becomes unhealthy if you don't know who to control your emotions here.

That's why we always preach to let your emotions out of the window when you involves in crypto, otherwise if will be difficult for you to have a 'logical' trade and make money out of this evolving market.

I mean just look at the most successful traders in the world and they will say to you that don't trade based on emotions but rather what the market is giving them.

Trade without emotions and as much as possible don't look back. If you will see your failing points, and regret it, then, it will create depression on you. So once you finished trading, move on and don't dwell anymore what you should have done and what you should have not. The bottomline of trading is your profit, so don't get too personal with the coins you are holding. It would be hard to let go even if you already got the good timing to sell it out.

It's not only for trading, you body will effected when you will use PC or smart phone most of time. So its normal procedure, when we are on trading we are using smart phones or PC which will directly effect our body, especially on eyes. That's why sometimes we need to take rest during trading. Long time trading is bad for our health. I have suffered and take doctor's suggestion as well.

Trading its dangerous if you dont really understand the principle of trading. You can loose a great deal of money when you dont know the major principles of trading. I also experienced same when i was a novice in trading but with the right training in trading am doing a bit well now
