Trading in cryptocurrency market can only make your health deteriorate if you actually over do things. And it is not just cryptocurrency but any other market. It is not about the stress or whatever you want to call it, it is about being able to put a limit to everything which in this case, whatever the OP is saying basically affects day traders who have to keep looking at the screen all day, and even as a day trader, you should always time yourself and close your positions when that period is reached, as a time will come when you over work yourself, your brain will not even be able to function properly to make the best decisions.

Moreover, you do not have to day trade before you become a successful trader, I have been a swing trader all my like in Forex, Stock and now cryptocurrency, and all these things mentioned by the OP is something that I have never experienced. It just depends on you as an individual to find a style that suits you best which is one of the reasons I do not fancy day trades anyway.
A good one there bro! One thing about trading is that there is no way you can even be able to make the best decisions, if your mind is not clear and if you are not knowledgeable enough. Your style of trading will be dependent on the time you have on you as well as you knowledge to be able to do well in that style.

Trading will only become unhealthy just like any other thing, when you make it unhealthy for you. It is as simple as that. One thing with a market is that you just have to find what will be best for you and then stick with it. You do not have to be concentrating 247 on the screen just because you want to trade, and even if you want to day trade, you should always have a limit, but I guess some people probably want to have it all, or some just do not understand how to keep going about things when it comes to trading.

Yes, I also experienced it, headaches while trading cryptocurrency in the market, headache and pain continue to haunt me, until I give up and trade with little time, but I keep looking for businesses that can generate a minimum of $ 30 per day for my living expenses, but I haven't found that business yet Roll Eyes
Headaches are bound to come for so many reasons, reasons that can easily be worked on by you and you alone. Some of the reasons being that, you are driving yourself too much emotionally because you are not knowledgeable enough to trade and because you have no strategy to trade effectively, you are over doing things most of the time, because you are not sure of what you are doing or you are trying to get greedy.

Trading is not a hard task, unless you want to make it a hard one. The best way you can trade effectively and not get yourself and your mind screwed is by having a good knowledge, setting out a plan and style, and sticking to a strategy. Discard those things and you will be having headache each and every single day of your life of trading unless you make some amendments.

Lol maybe you will get more headache if the market conditions get worse and you still hold your coins lol. because traders usually force themselves too much, monitor market for long periods of time regardless of their body condition, I also forgot to eat because I was too focused on trading. so use right time management..
Time management is crucial with these kind of jobs because if you do engage yourself too much on it then you would really most likely to lose up the balance way. Trading do needs time but we should not
go all in where we do already compromise or already affecting other things in life. Money or profiting is important but you should look always on your health conditions if you don't like to spend your money
just to treat your illness. If fell stressed then go out and sip some cold drinks and always have a time for a proper sleep.
Thats what we should do, don't let you focus too much on market analysis and you ignore your health, so time management is very important, when you have to take a break and trade. you have to make it so that you do not forcibly trade and have a bad effect on your body..

I think not only trading activity will be unhealthy but others kind of job also will become unhealthy if we do that by overtimes. As we know many others different job required to stay in the front of laptop everyday, so to make trading become health activity we should be do that not more than 10 hours aday and we should be do it 6 days a week and 1 day for relaxing and holidays times.

Trading could be unhealthy if you take it too serious because that can ruin your nervs and give you too much stress. If you lean only on trading to make for the living then this is a huge pressure and long term it can influence your health. Just like any other stressful job.
First of all trading should be fun and you should enjoy it. If you notice that you are getting kind obsessed with it and that it starts to rule your life then it's better to quit.
That is why it's important to learn to control your emotions and not to get yourself into situation that you can't control anymore.

There's a ton of job that is more stressful than trading if we are talking about the technical aspects as for financial aspects like you've lost a lot of money through trading then it is a deal to have a stress that causes headaches other than that like not taking breaks, no eating and unbalanced life then it is possible to get some stress out of it and you've said that it is an addiction proves that.

it's just about feeling when trading. healthy or unhealthy in trading is on us personally. I personally consider trade as a hobby and game, so that health is maintained. trade with targets and scheduled. is good for health. do not overpower the body to monitor prices every minute. it will be very bad for health. so set your trade at a certain time. determine profit targets. and stop when the target has been reached. or time has run out.

Right. Proper attitude and balance will always be the key in maintaining a good trading environment. Don't treat it like life and death hangs on it. It has to be something that you can set aside if situations ask for it.

I have your point, you mean that we need to set amount that we can afford to loos in our wallet. Because trading is just like gambling but the good thing is lower risk than gambling. Yes, you can have a profit in trading if you know how to manage the market cap price in the exchange where you trade for. Healthy or unhealthy in trading, but still it will depend upon on your decisions.

Increased blood or cranial pressure can be associated with constant neuroses. It is possible that while you are trading your emotional state is unstable and you are constantly experiencing. I think that you need to work on your emotional background and then trade will be calm and without consequences.

Actually I am feeling the same way. I am aware that crypto trading is u healthy if it we manage it in a wrong way. I've also have a sleepless nights because I have to monitor the market. Right now, I've lessen my tradw and just managing my time in crypto as well.
it is bad if we must force our body to monitor market. Because there are some apps that can be alarm for us if coins that we want to monitor reach price that we want. But it is good if you can manage your time, some people out there too late to know this.
for beginners there is a bad side if we see market too often, it means psychological pressure is getting bigger. maybe the method that you mentioned is indeed effective for monitoring prices that match our orders

If you work too much then it will be bad for you and in crypto trading we don't have much physical work so we need to maintain good physique by doing regular workouts then only your mind also will be healthy if you fail to do that then as you said you will face lot of health issues just like sleeping problems, mental illness and even sexual life problems too so just make the good diet plan when you are working in front of computer for too long and also do workouts, don't blame the cryptos for that.

So as summary we can say that please trade with extreme caution and try not to make any stress, stress creates unhealthy conditions during our lifetime.
I would say trade based on what your capacity can hold. A lot of people can handle stress easily while some people cannot easily handle it. For most part of it, most people who day trade and those we can only categorize in the faction of those who will actually easily get stressed, have their eyes get bad for monitoring and looking at the screen the whole day, not to even talk of the huge headache that follows it eventually.

Trading can be fun when you are doing it right, but when you over work yourself, your brain, and your mind as you have to make decisions in short period of time, it will most definitely tell on you. Becoming unhealthy due to trading depends on the style of trading you are going with. The last time I checked, trading is good for your pocket as you take advantage of the market fluctuations.

Moreover, you do not necessarily have to day trade before you even start trading at all. There are so many other easy ways to trade by swings, long term trading and the rest which is not stressful and will not require a huge chunk of your time to be able to do it right. It is only someone who day trades that will have to be focused on the screen all day.

As a swing trader, I only even make use of tab trader on my mobile, alert is set to make some decisions based on market movement, and that is all.

You work on a PC, and you do not manage your time making life worse that is the reason for your health. If you can control time and have a specific schedule every day will life enjoyable. Stop watching and charting every hour because this is pointless and takes up too much of your time.

What makes us sick and stressed is that for too long trade is almost never a holiday, if that's what is done then it's not just trade but other jobs too will make us sick, have to have time to rest and have a daily profit target if you get it then stop trading that day or if you haven't gotten profit but it's been too long even more than 8 hours a day then you also have to stop for a break and try 1-2 days a week to really take a break from trading activities.
