He hasn't logged on yet since I posted.

His original account was probably unbanned, again, so he didn't bother to check this thread again.

He already said he would give it:

Could a moderator please review my account and hopefully unban me? If a mod replies, I will send them my account profile. Thanks!

What makes you think it's him? He hasn't logged in since the 5th.

Id let it go, OP does not want to share which is his/her account, so there is nothing we can do. Yes you could (maybe) crossreference IP addresses, but if OP was actually looking for an answer and/or help he/she would post a link. Countless others have in the past and got answers. I cant judge if those have been helpfull though.

I think bans should be publicly stated on a persons profile anyway. Would make sense and hopefully cause less confusion and questions.

I would like to see that too. Anyways, I think the banned user is this https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/buziss-162745

Only if someone posts a request with the reasons publicly in the admin forum which is what usually happens, but regular mods can't see banned on their profile or anything.
It might as well be there as someone could easily check the modlog and search their "U#" and could find out they are banned.

Yeah + that account was necrobumping off-topic threads. Adding a few extra words onto a pointless sentence doesn't magically make them constructive either though.

When accounts are banned, do other moderators get to see evidence for the ban, or is it listed as just a reason? Just curious

Could a moderator please review my account and hopefully unban me? If a mod replies, I will send them my account profile. Thanks!

Post your name here. People can make their own minds up whether you were spamming or not. Was it Iamyourdad by any chance?
If this was the case then he has a good number of two sentence posts (hence his claim of having more "useful" posts then he did before) on the first page of his post history; although there are also a good number of less then one sentence posts as well.

Update: I got banned again! I do not understand! I was posting and just got banned! This time I tryed to make my posts longer+more helpful and I still got banned! Could a moderator please review my account and hopefully unban me? If a mod replies, I will send them my account profile. Thanks!
How could you have gotten banned again? Your OP is from November 10th, and it says you were banned for 14 days. It is now 4 days later, which would mean you still have 10 days left on your original ban

I posted this days after I got banned the first time.
What is the username of your account that was banned?

why are you so eager to be in here? you must ask yourself this. what are your motives? you may think you appear innocuous enough, but just firing off inconsequential posts all over the place makes you look like you are merely trying to pad your status and promote your sig.

its good to be honest with yourself because everyone else sees the same thing. There's nothing "illegal" with sig campaigns, just make a little effort to be part of the conversation. If you cant find anything valuable to say, hang out in "Begginers & Help" there are plenty of newbies in there that could use your assistance for real btc-related problems and inquiries, and you can get your posts done while actually contributing to the community. You never know, you may help some n00b that will one day remember and send some favour your way  Wink

This time my posts were more helpful and I think they were useful, but I still got banned!  Angry not sure why

Another thing to consider is, if your posts are just repeating what other people in the thread are saying, it shows that you're just trying to get your post count up. If you're restating what other members have already stated, I would still consider it to be a pointless post. Try looking at other people's replies to the thread as well, maybe?
