hmmm, I don't remember posting any shit posts, though I could be wrong. I will link to my profile in a second, is it better to PM you, or just post the account here?

I do remember posting small sentences here and there, but I'm not sure if they are rubbish

Ill just post my answer here anyway, no need to do the PM dance.

Its usually not that you are intentionally posting "shit" and the first ban is considered a warning.

Insubstantial posts is nice for "shit posts".

If you post plenty of useless, low value one liners while selling your signature you are likely to get banned for spamming. The same applies for those who dont sell their signature, but they usually spam less.

If you link your profile I am sure I can give you an example and how this could be avoided in the future.

My account got banned for 14 days for "Insubstantial posts+sig ad"

What does this mean? I thought sig ads were legal?

Please tell me so I won't make this mistake again.
