There is nothing wrong with trying a small platform. What matters here is the honesty and sincerity of the platform. Not because the platform is small we should think that the platform is a scam, it is wrong. Unless these business have the record of scamming people then, that should be the right time to consider them as a scam.

Playing on starting or small platform is like giving them a chance to grow. It also adds competition to the table that makes the larger platforms improve their service.

I do not know about you, I like to support small businesses sometimes, restaurants, delivery services, small video game studios, etc. Because out there there is a lot of people with much talent who just need a chance to bring more quality to their markets.

Understand that every business, no matter how big, will still have smaller ones competing with it, and amazingly, some persons will still at some point or maybe regularly, patronize the small business.

It's a matter of preferences, I also sometimes, try to wrap my head around why some gamblers jump from one casino to another, forgetting they could easily enter the wrong casino that would scam them, but on another side of my thinking, I realize that some people naturally love trying out new things, and for some persons, it's the difference in odd that drives them into playing on lesser casinos, that is if the odd is bigger or higher in the lesser casino than it is in the big casino, if the gambler win that game, it simply means he will receive a bigger pay if the bet is placed on the lesser casino with the higher odds, this is one of the major reasons why some people gamble on lesser casinos.

I answer according to my own experience. sometimes when betting at one favorite casino you will feel bored and want to feel the sensations from other casinos and even want to get experience from other casinos. usually I also do that when I want to experience other casinos trying some new casinos or small casinos but never use large amounts like my favorite casino so if there is a problem like in the case of CoinPlay I'm not disappointed to lose a small amount.

but there are also gamblers who try to gamble in new casinos or small casinos with the excuse of trying the bonuses from the casinos. so there are several reasons gamblers still use small casinos.

- We also don't know the mindset of other gamblers, there are also others out of curiosity why they try other casinos that are new to the crypto space.

And there are others who are more confident in long-term casinos in the crypto space like the ones you mentioned because for gamblers they are proven and tested and there are many communities established here in this business field.

"Minor" gambling platform, you say, how do you classify them also for the "Major" platform?
For the issue of coinplay, it's what every casino's doing when they accused their users as multi-accounting, cheater and so on, yet no evidence is given. The difference is the complainant is really serious for the case and ask third party gambling mediator, and then so be it, till they solve their case.

As for your question, you can't force someone for that, because if you really are updated on what is happening on crypto gambling industry, even in signature campaigns on this forum, and ANN thread on this board, many casino are opening their business trying their luck to compete on such high competition industry. So gamblers have many options to choose. Also, the experience of others are not the same to you, means that not because you are okay in Stake, doesn't mean they have good experience using Stake too.
"Major" casinos have many complaints too, well most of the old casino do too.

Some gamblers use small casinos, especially casinos that are new because of curiosity or the desire to get some of the promotional bonuses that are given by the casino.
Maybe by using casinos we can get some different experiences when playing at popular casinos like the ones you mentioned.
Even though using a small casino has a greater risk, the curiosity and desire of gamblers to play in a small casino is greater than the risk that can be accepted at any time.
I myself use a small casino if it looks interesting and even then only using very little money because the goal is just to do a trial out of curiosity.
But to actually play or bet I prefer to play at a big and trusted casino.

It's different when it comes to gambling a true gambler will always test other gambling platforms for luck, and experience, and out of curiosity playing on new casinos does not mean that you are going to leave the casinos that you've been playing for a long time.
True gamblers do this out of curiosity but of course, in the back of their mind, they want options whenever they want to leave their old casinos because of reputation issues.

you should do whatever you want.

bigger platforms are less likely to scam you
so for small platforms to attract more users they'll probably need more aggressive marketing and conditions like promotions, lower fees, giving away bigger parts of their profits back to users in the beggining
so forth and so on

It is not a question of why we should but it was our choice and we think that using small gambling platforms helps us to prepare for big and known platforms. But as I said, it was just an option and we can start learning on big platforms if we want.
In fact, there is no huge difference between them and our chances of winning are still the same, and probably have the same rules to follow.
But honestly, gamblers are preferred to use platforms that offer huge rewards...

That's maybe because we want to explore other gambling platform, though it is a little bit risky but then we should learn that not all minor gambling is safe and not all are bad as well. We just need to make sure that all things are good and all transparent, because we need to make sure that our assets are safe and it is safe that's why we need to check before depositing some money in minor gambling platform.

I have never understood people who keep playing on those platforms when the huge ones can offer you better possibilities in terms of everything,better bonuses the first one who will keep coming to you every week and month,a huge player base which in terms can be translated with more people playing and as such more opportunities for us to hit a big win as when a lot of players are playing the same slot we know that the huge payouts will come and one of us will get it.

If something happens to one big one does not mean that it will happen to other ones,beside that we have the ANN threads here and the ones who have ongoing positive feedback it means that we can play worry free there at this platform.

Because a gambling platform is still small those not mean we shouldn’t use them, the only thing we should first confirm is the reputation on the gambling platform, if the gambling platform is trusted then we can be using them. All the gambling platforms that you mentioned are already big gambling platforms but they also started as small gambling platforms, so I don’t think their is different between both big and small gambling platforms, since the small gambling platforms are also trusted.

The fact that something happened to one of the reputable casinos does not mean we should abandon all the big casinos and focus on a small/minor casino.
if something shouuld happen to electrum for example does that mean we should abandon other wallet that have in the system and hav ealso been doing extremely well since they got into the ecosystem?

If you're not okay with big casinos you can migratae ato minor ones noone id going to judge you, after all you don't owe anyone anything, but you shouldn't try to convince others to do the same.

Big casinos were small at first... You are a legendary member, you must remember the days when all the big names in the crypto gambling industry were starting out and taking their first steps. I gave a chance to most of them and I still play in some of them.

I often give a chance to some new casino, and why not? I would use StarBets as an example, a relatively new casino and I am active there almost from the start (like I was active in many big casinos from the start), they have a nice story with dividends (something I like) and until now everything there works fine, without any problems when it comes to withdrawals, and like many other fair crypto casinos they also have provably fair games that can be tested.

it sucks that there are people getting scammed from new gambling sites but trying and playing out new gambling sites is one of the ways to know whether they are actually paying their gamblers and is not a scam casino. if we stick to the logic that we should only play on platforms that are very well known and has a very good reputation and is known to not scam their gamblers, then all the gambling site you mentioned wouldn't be here right now.
